Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom townhome located in Sail Harbour, a beautiful community in a great location, minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, shopping, restaurants and entertainment, also adjacent to the HealthPark Medical Center. Enjoy open plan, very well equipped kitchen and spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV and dining area that sits 6. Tile flooring downstairs and carpet and hardwood floors upstairs. Beautiful Master suite with impeccable furnishings and 2 large closets, Master bath with walk-in shower and bathtub. There is also an additional half bath on first floor and a one-car garage. Laundry room is upstairs, for your convenience. No dogs, per the association. YOUR SLICE OF PARADISE AWAITS!

Sail Harbour is conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We stayed for 2 months and everything worked out great. The condo was extremely well equipped (including beach gear), was clean and quiet. Very close to the community pool. The new gate entry system worked like a charm. The host was readily available and checked in periodically to see if everything was good and did we needed anything. Nope, everything was great.We had an issue with the furnace and internet upon arrival and the host had it resolved within 24 hours. That was extremely fast and much appreciated. No other issues whatsoever. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great unit in the Fort Myers area.
