Basic but convenient accommodation

Convenient location. Easily contactable host. Good value and suited my needs for 2 nights. Access via key codes and keywords was all good and straightforward.

Main dislike was that it smelled of cigarette smoke. Also Booking.com said parking was available, but when I asked, it wasn't available ...already booked apparently. WiFi only worked once I'd pressed reset button. Also quite a dark flat...small windows. Feels like -1 level even though ground floor.

Pleasant

The location and that the check in was flexible because of the keybox. We arrive after midnight and we could enter without a problem.

It smells like cigarrete, we try to open the window but it did not work. The owner pretends we have to clean the flat when we leave or pay extra for it, that is insane, we are in holidays. There is not free parking in the location. This information should be modified.

Regarding the tv, the reception of most of the channels was really very poor…

Great location. Close to centre.

The smell of cigarette smoke was awful. There was no balcony, as described. The Welcome book was nice but would have been better to have it in English as well! Did not realise I had to pay for cleaning. This should have been noted when booking in. Was not happy about this. But happy to be offered a safe place for my car. Thank you.

An excellent place as a base for exploring the Le Puy en Velay and surrounding area

The communication via booking.com meant the codes disappeared between entering the building and the apartment. Difficult to communicate with the owner but I believe the problem is really booking.com's control of communication.

Bon séjour au puy en velay, petit appartement avec baignoire et coin cuisine bien équipé.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas très grandes et il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement quand nous sommes arrivés mais pour une nuit ça passe.

Simple mais très fonctionnel,une grande salle de bain avec baignoire.Très proche du centre.... l'hôte est adorable et très réactif.....je ne devrais pas dire celà 😜🤣...car cela va amener du monde chez lui,donc des locations plus compliquées....Mais c'était très bien😜....Faites vous votre idée. Moi j'ai aimé,d'autres diront le contraire... Rapport qualité/prix qu'ils aillent à l'hôtel, plutôt que de se plaindre...

Le faux contact dans ma lampe de chambre ...mais bon ce n'est pas la faute du loueur ...rien de grave😉

Parfait pour une visite de l´ensemble médiéval de la ville haute qui se trouve à courte distance.

Studio avec coin cuisine bien équipé et salle de bain spacieuse comportant notamment un sèche-serviette. Rez-de-chaussée dans une rue très calme juste en lisière de la vieille ville. Superette proche. Excellent emplacement et stationnement pour la voiture juste devant. Lit très confortable.
