Okay for what it is, not too great but okay for the price

Location is near the center. The room is big and has a nice kitchen with all the tools necessary. Good for up to three People easy.

Couldn‘t get inside at arrival because there‘s only a code and nobody on a reception or anything. Also I couldn‘t reach them to het this code which was a real problem because I was very sick and miserable when I arrived. So I had to wait unneccessarily long to get into my room altough it was ready. Everything seems a bit shabby and used. And altough clean enough it wasn‘t overly hygienic. I was on the Ground floor and the noise trough the windows was pretty bad, but that might be a problem hard to solve.

Since it's just below street level the windows are frosted and barred, which means that the lights have to be on all the time and they are those horrible neon jobs. (One of them isn't working, by the way.) More side lights would be good. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could do with a chopping board, decent knife, colander... and a tea-towel. A better bath towel would be good. The place is badly in need of a paint-job too, but hey. If the landlord made these small improvements he could charge a lot more rent, so I'm not complaining!

Passable

This property is centrally located, very close to tourist sites and restaurants. We liked the system of getting the key. The studio is spacious with a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.

When we arrived the room didn't look like it had been cleaned- the bed looked like someone had slept in it, and there were 2 used towels thrown on a radiator. We were told the cleaner would come, and she did- she took away the towels but the bed looked the same. After a text messages exchange, the landlord sent her in a third time - she showed us where bedlinen was kept and it turned out they don't iron anything, they simply take things out of the dryer and onto the beds, which is why everything looked crumpled. There was a bit of confusion about whether or not towels were included in the room rate- the landlord said no (despite finding dirty ones when we arrived) but the cleaning lady gave us some. I didn't like the SMS exchange I had with the landlord, who told us he believed the cleaning lady when she said she'd cleaned, and that I was fussy, expecting too much for the money I paid. I told him I expected a clean room during a pandemic, and while it's true he sent her to talk to us and clarify everything, I disliked the way he spoke to us, as well as the entire experience.

Bof. Je n’ai finalement passé qu’une seule nuit au lieu de 2

emplacement parfait en plein centre ville, et prix très compétitif

Arrivée tardive, j’avais réservé le midi pour le soir, mais il n’y avait pas de chauffage (il faisait 14 à mon arrivée, j’ai dû mettre les radiateurs à fond et sortir manger 3 heures pour retrouver une température de 16-17..) Cela sentait le tabac froid dans la chambre Literie suffisante. Le matin, un clochard dormait Dans le hall car la porte de l’immeuble ne ferme pas bien.

Prix beaucoup trop élevé

Facile d’accès, le propriétaire est agréable, sympa et réactif, c’était propre

Pas de télévision, kitchenette HS, pas de distributeur de shampoing et gel douche dans la douche et a mon arrivé il devait faite 7°C avec seulement comme chauffage 2 petit panneau rayonnant et pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain, ca ne vaut pas 49€ la nuit mais plutôt 25€ maximum

Changer les poêles et casseroles qui sont inutilisables. Elles doivent dater de l'arrière grand mère et la vaisselle est grasse. C'est juste écoeurant. Le linge de la salle de bain est douteux

Pratique pour une nuit avec un petit budget

Bien situé. Prix compétitif.

Très difficile de se garer. Équipement médiocre, pas de torchon de vaisselle, ou de liquide à vaisselle, congélateur inopérant. Un coussin de chaise de cuisine était sale. Intérieur nécessite un rafraîchissement.

Minuterie escalier trop courte pour descendre du second ( pour des jambes qui ont été jeunes). Immeuble très sonore : à savoir pour un séjour très... romantique. Qui sont ces gens qui semblent prendre ou quitter leur travail au milieu de la nuit et parlent si fort dans la rue ? La rue Grenouillit très étroite réverbère le bruit, c'est vrai. Mais pour un séjour de plus longue durée, prévoir des bouchons d'oreille. La mairie est-elle au courant de ce trouble de voisinage, même s'il est, à mon avis, involontaire ?

Éclairage défectueux dans coin cuisine,néon salle de bain ne fonctionne pasaudessusdu miroir, 1/2 fenêtre s’ouvre. Poignée porte salle de bain tient avec du scotch. Câble d’un radiateur non installé complètement. Murs sales. Serrure port logement tfonctionne trèsmal

Sehr zentral, zu Fuß prima, aber man kommt mit dem Auto nicht ran zum Ausladen.

Sehr schäbig, dunkel, kaum Fenster, kaum Lampen, schlechte Betten und fleckige verschlissene Bettdecken, verschlissene Laken, dünne Handtücher. Nur eine Kochplatte benutzbar, Ausstattung nur Minimum. Nie wieder!

Rapport qualité prix imbattable La réactivité : nous avons réservé à midi le jour même et il a vu pu nous être disponible une heure seulement après.

Le fait qu’il soit situé juste sous les bars en fait un logement très bruyant jusque tard notamment un samedi soir.

Ce n'était pas propre. Poignée de porte qui tient avec du scotch. Les draps ne sont pas repassés et tout froissés. Peintures à refaire c'est un minimum. Même les interrupteurs étaient sales, aucun entretien. A fuir absolument.

Gute Übernachtungsoption für Reisende mit Rad oder Pilger.

Die Ausstattung und Anmutung des Zimmers waren preiskonform, ich erwartete auch keinen Luxus. Also keine Klage diesbezüglich. Insbesondere bin ich dankbar, dass ich mein Fahrrad und vor der offiziellen Checkin-Zeit mein Gepäck ins Zimmer stellen konnte. Ansonsten hatte es alles was man für eine Nacht braucht. Viele Besucher werden auch die Lage mitten in der Altstadt schätzen.
