Décevant, par l’absence de chauffage et d’eau chaude suffisante pour 3 adultes et 1 enfant.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien proche de toutes commodité. Literie confortable. Hôte réactif et agréable.

Chauffage défectueux nous avons eu froid durant les deux nuits. Une seul douche possible à l’eau chaude ensuite plus rien…

Logement spacieux et bien situé.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien situé pour accéder dans le centre ville et à la fois calme. La literie est confortable. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité le week end. Nous y avons passé une nuit. St Michel l'aiguilhe et cathédrale à quelques minutes à pied.

L’établissement n’était vraiment pas très propre, trop peu de vaisselle, draps des lits tout froissés en boule dans le placard … on peut s’attendre à mieux lorsque l’on loue un appartement.

Situation géographique

Échanges avec l’hôte corrects. En revanche nous avons trouvé l’appartement dans un état très sale et sentant le tabac froid. Au demeurant, l’annonce fait état d’un appartement « neuf », or manifestement ce n’est pas le cas vu son état général et la saleté sur les murs, les placards, les plafonds, plinthes etc… Par ailleurs mais c’est anecdotique pour nous, la télévision captait extrêmement mal et ce, sur la quasi totalité des chaînes. Nous n’avons pas essayé le wifi. Je me permets d’insister sur l’absence de propreté car nous avons payé 8 euros de frais de ménage pour ne pas avoir à le faire en partant et nous sommes retrouvés à devoir le faire en arrivant pour assurer un minimum compte tenu du fait que nous arrivions avec un enfant de 2 ans. En conclusions nous ne trouvons pas correct le descriptif de l’annonce et le prix de la location compte tenu de l’état du bien.

la localisation de l'hébergement et le calme de la rue la présense d'un très bon boucher-traiteur à proximité

interaction très lacunaire avec l'établissement. TNT (télévision) : liaison très mauvaise le propriétaire louant 3 appartements sur le même site, la possibilité d'obtenir le garage est très faible.
