Cute little apartment in the heart of Antwerp.

Great location, nice bed and stylish interior. Perfectly equipped kitchen and great communication with the host.

Very badly isolated, so you hear pedestrians and cars passing outside & other guests coming home at night. Water turned cold after only one person showered. Some cutlery and dishes were dirty.

Das gehobene Bett war schön, darunter die Küchentheke auch. Das Couchteil war sehr bequem und auch die Kissen waren sehr weich. Die Ausstattung, abgesehen von dem negativen, war sehr ausreichend. Man hat das Beste draus gemacht, was auch sehr schön war. Klar hatten manche Stellen an der Treppe Z.B keine Farbe mehr, aber das war nicht schlimm. Es war trotzdem angenehm da zu sein und ich würde wiederkommen, wenn sich das ein oder andere ändern würde. :-)

Leider konnten wir den Fernseher nicht richtig bedienen, weil der Fuß nicht dran war. Heißt, dass man nur aus einem bestimmten Winkel schauen und umschalten konnte. Leider war die Wohnung auch nicht ganz wie auf den Bildern. Es waren viele Risse auf dem Boden, teilweise war dieser auch dreckig und auch die Wände und die Decke war 'schmutzig' vor allem im Bad (Gebrauchs-/Putzspuren). Die Küchenutensilien, z.b. die Töpfe oder die Pfanne hatten keine Beschichtung mehr und auch das Besteck war tw noch etwas dreckig vom Vormieter, der Geschirrspüler war nicht bedienbar (für mich zumindest), die Toaster Halterung war beschädigt, weswegen man darauf keine Brötchen toasten konnte. Das Badezimmer hatte einen unpassenden Toilettendeckel, die Dusche war leider auch etwas abturnend.. und die Klimaanlage war kaputt. Und leider gab es kein Insektennetz am Fenster, deswegen kamen unendlich viele Mücken ins Zimmer. Der WLAN Router verlor nach einen Mal bewegen sofort die Verbindung und war bis zum letzten Tag nicht mehr zu benutzen. (Am Abreisetag kam es wieder) Am schlimmsten fand ich, dass Bewohner teilweise in Treppenhaus zu laut waren, bzw. Die Tür ist zu dünn gewesen, weswegen man alles gehört hat. Viele kleine Sachen fügen zu einem schlechten Bild hinzu, aber man hat das Beste draus gemacht und alles relativ positiv gesehen.

Voor ons een fijne plek om van daaruit veel in de stad te zijn en de stad te verkennen.

De locatie was voor ons perfect. Tussen zuid en het centrum in.

De tweede nacht was het gehorig met mensen boven ons. Daar kun je als host niet alles aan doen maar heb je als gast wel mee te maken.

Mooie locatie, hele slechte service.

De locatie en de kamer waren goed en voldeden aan onze verwachtingen. De ligging vlakbij de binnenstad was ideaal, waardoor we gemakkelijk toegang hadden tot winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Bovendien was de nabijheid van een ruime en veilige parkeergarage een groot pluspunt, aangezien we ons geen zorgen hoefden te maken over het vinden van parkeerplek.

Bij aankomst in de kamer ontdekte ik dat er geen TV aanwezig was, terwijl dit wel expliciet vermeld stond in de beschrijving. Ik heb direct geprobeerd contact op te nemen met de host, maar helaas heb ik tot op heden geen enkele reactie ontvangen op mijn berichten. Dit vind ik uiterst onprofessioneel en teleurstellend. Het gebrek aan communicatie en service is voor mij een groot minpunt. Hopelijk kan dit anderen in de toekomst helpen om te realiseren dat je na aankomst weinig service van deze host hoeft te verwachten.

De locatie ligt om de hoek van het centrum. Makkelijk inchecken zonder vast tijdstip.

Best gehorig. Ook miste we bij 1 raam de gordijnen en was de temperatuur van de douche niet goed afgesteld.
