The location, close to mount Etna (if you see it due to the weather) - quiet - surrounded only by nature
No breakfast (only for the first day) - not realy clean - very humide - lots of insects in the house - no trash system (we just collected the trash in bags and left them) - no airco (or didn't work) - no real garden furniture - no real toiletries (only leftovers) ... etc. We only saw the owners (no bad word about them) the first and the last day.
