Surprising authentic clean and comfortable

A charming studio

A pleasant studio, in the centre of the village of Middelharnis. It is located in the boat yard overlooking a small marina and is decorated with local maritime artefacts. Clean and comfortable, with a double bunk bed and a single sofa bed it was comfortable for two adults, two children and a small dog. It is one of the rare properties that doesn't charge extra for bringing a dog. It is easy to communicate with the host via messages. They reply almost immediately. Good value for money. The village is near a pretty beach. The locals that we briefly met are very friendly and happy to share the information on the history of the area.

Liked the town, didn’t like the accommodations.

Small quaint town was minutes away. Liked being able to walk to dinner and browse the Main Street.

Accommodations were a little too rustic for us. Didn’t like the fact we couldn’t park our car in the parking area inside the property gates.There was plenty of parking spots but were directed to park across the street. First property where coffee pods were not supplied. Two electrical outlets were nonfunctional and falling apart. Didn’t feel clean.

Just could have a little catch on the shutters so they closed better. Apart from that, nothing to dislike. Loved the theme of the room and the comprehensive facilities

Everything. Location was perfect. The host was very welcoming and the accommodation was one of the best we have stayed in. The attention to detail was amazing within the studio and a real bonus was the bean to cup coffee machine. A couple of minutes walk from bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping high street. We are already thinking about returning.

Great stay, great location, great view

We really enjoyed our stay. And loved the Christmas touches in the studio. Comfortable, spacious and al the aminities you need. Lovely decorations. Comfortable beds. And a nice visit on their boat. And such a cute dog the owner has. Really nice people and very welcoming. Great location, cute town and nice tiny beach just a few ninutes away with the car. Loved it that our own dog was welcome to come with us in the studio

We just loved the property but Maybe a small oven in the kitchen would have been handy, but could use if necessary, the one of the owner living next door. We didn’t need it so it was ok not to have one but if we stayed longer it would have been easier. So not a big problem not having one.

An unforgettable stay!

This is a true historic & aesthetic gem! Located next to a small harbour, in the midst of a Dutch shipyard, this is by far the most unique and authentic b&b we have ever stayed in. The owner Coerd restored and revived a historic shipyard, preserving its maritime heritage. The place is bustling with artefacts, charisma, seafaring atmosphere and hospitality. The attention to detail is just astounding. The studio was new, clean, comfortable and charming as can be. The place is also very pet friendly, as we were travelling with a puppy. The host Coerd went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He showed us around, explained the history of the place and even invited us on a complimentary sailing trip to the nearby lake, which was an amazing experience. On top of that, from what we have seen, the small town is the most photogenic one in the region and not touristy at all. One does not know where to look: antique bikes, colourful facades, abundant greenery, sailing boats, etc. The whole place just takes your breath away as does the kindness and generosity of the people. Will return for sure!

Leuke lokatie

De locatie is super- leuke werf en loopafstand van restaurant.

Er is een aantal dingen gammel (kraan in de keuken, rolgordijn in keuken) en bed op de vliering heeft een enorme kuil. En er is geen afwasborstel oid dus je kan de afwas niet fatsoenlijk doen. Met de spullen die er liggen kan je beperkt koken. Ook geen zout aanwezig, wel nog een minirestantje peper. Ik denk dat als de eigenaar even kritisch door re studio loopt en wat dingen aanpast dat het makkelijk een stuk comfortabeler/completer wordt

Charmantes appartment in schöner Lage, viel Potential

Schön renoviertes Apartment in Middelharnis am Hafen. In 30 min zu Fuß ist man am Meer. 2 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt. Restaurant direkt am Hafen. Appartment wurde mit Liebe zum Detail renoviert, alte holzbalken etc. sind sehr charmant. Die Vermieter waren unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: - einen Grundriss bereitstellen, sodass klar ist, dass es sich um nur einen Raum handelt, kein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer. - Sauberkeit! Es sollte mehr Zeit in die Reinigung investiert werden (Hundehaare, Staub, schmutziges Toilette, Mikrowelle sehr schmutzig … war jetzt nicht so einladend) - für 200€ die Nacht finde ich, sollte es einigermaßen neue und zusammenpassend eBettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr geben. - Ausstattung Küche: es fehlten einige Dinge: Schere, Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher, pfannenwender … (Geschirr war leider auch eher dreckig, besser kontrollieren) - die Integration alter Dinge ist nicht immer praktisch: das Holz in der Küche neben der Spüle lässt sich zb schlecht reinigen, im Bad gibt es durch das individuell gestaltete Waschbecken keine ablagefläche … Es ist außerdem sehr hellhörig, aber dafür kann ja niemand was.

Tolles Studio in einer schönen Umgebung.

Sehr originelles Studio in einer alten Werft, tolle Lage direkt am Hafen.

Da es sich um ein altes Gebäude handelt ist die Schalldämmung zwischen den beiden Studios nicht optimal.

Für ein bis drei Tage in Ordnung. Ein längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen wir nicht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr urig und ist von der Lage perfekt, direkt an einem kleinen Yachthafen mit tollen und sehr guten Restaurants

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht besonders sauber. Die Fotos im Booking Profil sind zwar richtig hochgeladen, haben uns aber suggeriert, dass wir eine andere Wohnung bekommen. Dadurch war es nicht bewusst, dass wir in einem Stock Bett schlafen

Heerlijk plekje!

Prachtige lokatie aan de haven met gezellige restaurantjes. Mooi appartement met klein keukentje. Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons met alles hielp en flexibel was in de tijden dat we ontbijt wilden.

Lage

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Keine Kaffeemaschine (nur kapselmaschine) Probleme mit dem Code von der Haustür Nur Mini Töpfe. Nudeln für 4 Personen kochen, war nicht möglich. Nicht genug Messer und kleine Gabeln für 4 Personen. Besteck und Geschirr musste erst von uns gespült werden.

zeer leuke locatie en aangenaam gezellig kort verblijf - ideaal voor liefhebbers van scheepvaart

Heel leuke locatie aan de jachthaven met een mooi gezellig ingerichte studio op de scheepswerf. Heel tof voor liefhebbers van de scheepvaart. Wij hebben erg genoten van ons kort verblijf. (dank u wel aan Yvette om ons zo snel te hebben voorzien van de vuilniszakjes)

enkel extra opletten voor grote mensen met de lage balken ;) en het niet erg vinden om in een open studio met 3 (of 4) te slapen - maar geen negatieve ervaringen

Heerlijk verblijf in de haven van Middelharnis :-)

Leuke ligging bij de haven van Middelharnis, gezellige restaurants en winkels en aan de andere kant het water en weidse uitzichten

De balken in het huis waren voor mij niet altijd even duidelijk, iets van een markering zou me helpen

Mooi verblijf, prijs en kwaliteit vonden we aan de hoge kant

Mooie locatie in het centrum van Middelharnis met heerlijke bedden en een gezellige kamer wat op een klein museum leek.

Bij aankomst was de koelkast en bestek niet echt schoon ook de la met pannen was vies. Er hing in de badkamer een gebruikte handdoek en de wastafel was ook gebruikt.
