About this house rental
Detached island house with underfloor heating, 12 meter construction width, parking on site, spacious garden and roof terrace. Slaak 95 is suitable for 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchen with an induction hob, combination microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and kettle. The bright living room has a cozy sitting area, dining area and TV (digitenne). The bathroom has a shower, double sink and toilet. The bedrooms are divided as follows: 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 2x single bed, 1 bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and 1 bedroom on the first floor with a bunk bed. Bed making service can be booked! The spacious garden is completely paved and has an electric patio cover where you have a beautiful view of the water. A storage room, roof terrace, parking on site, washing machine, dryer, sun loungers, windbreak, swimming ladder and free internet are available.
Have you indicated that you are bringing a pet? Then the price already includes a deposit of 200 euros and extra cleaning costs. After departure, the deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days.
Marinapark Oude-Tonge is located in a beautiful location on the edge of the village of Oude-Tonge on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. From Marinapark Oude-Tonge you can sail directly onto the Krammer Volkerak with direct sailing connections to all South Holland, Zeeland and Brabant waters.
Facilities: The reception is located on the edge of the park, where guests are received for the key transfer. There is a slipway at the park, various shops and restaurants within walking distance in the cozy center of Oude-Tonge.
