About this house rental
This detached island house with living room on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor has a very complete interior. Zuidvlije 73 is suitable for 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee pad machine, dishwasher and kettle. The bright living room on the first floor has a cozy sitting area, dining area, TV (interactive TV from KPN) and gives you access to the spacious roof terrace with stairs to the garden. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The bedrooms are divided as follows: 2 bedroom ground floor with bunk beds, 1 bedroom ground floor with double bed. Bed making service can be booked! From the spacious garden you have a view of the water. 12 meter mooring width, shore power for charging boat batteries, parking on site, indoor storage, washing machine and free internet are available.
Have you indicated that you are bringing a pet? Then the price already includes a deposit of 200 euros and extra cleaning costs. After departure, the deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days.
Marinapark Oude-Tonge is located in a beautiful location on the edge of the village of Oude-Tonge on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. From the Marinapark Oude-Tonge you can sail directly onto the Krammer Volkerak with direct sailing connections to all South Holland, Zeeland and Brabant waters.
Facilities: The reception is located on the edge of the park, where guests are received for the key transfer. There is a slipway at the park, various shops and restaurants within walking distance in the cozy center of Oude-Tonge.
