The perfect place for a week of R&R

Lovely location, the house would benefit from having a deep clean.

The location is lovely and peaceful a great base for visiting Wales and the beds are really comfy.

The property could benefit from a deep clean inside de-cobwebbing/dusting and paintwork touching up, it's looking tired and dated, also the glasses in the kitchen cupboards were dirty we had to wash them before use.

In a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by fields. The house was a real treat to stay in with fabulous kitchen and bathrooms. Well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely go back

This is our 3rd stay at this house, it is amazing.

There is nothing to dislike at this house, although our grand daughter was disappointed because the swing had been removed from the tree in the garden 🤣

Perfect location and facilities

Plenty of space and the bed were comfy, kitchen had everything needed, the shower and bath were great. Location was perfect and the horses were an added bonus

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation and would wholly recommend it. I travelled with my in-laws and my two small children and all our needs were met. A high chair, cot and stair gate were all provided which was really helpful. The location is a little difficult to find at first but I liked that it was tucked away. The host was incredibly helpful as I had an Asda delivery scheduled to arrive and he was happy to take the call to direct the driver when he got a bit lost! The size of the house was ideal as there was space for my children to explore and play, while I was in the kitchen cooking our dinner and at the same time their Grandpa could catch up on the news in the living room. My daughter loved the Peacocks and the horses near by. Lots of happy memories were made. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely retreat near sea and mountains.

Location very peaceful but also very near to Conwy and Llandudno. Cottage very comfortable and clean. Well finished, spacious rooms. Lovely modern kitchen. TVs and Sky. Nice modern bathrooms. Sun room

A bit difficult to find on arrival. Roads narrow. Main entrance, stairs, and 2 steps from living room to kitchen not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Amazing home in a great location! every room is perfect, bedrooms are extremely comfy we had a good sleep every night. Everything a family could need in the home from washing machine to easy to use kitchen appliances which made everything so easy for us. beautiful surroundings too our young son loved seeing the horses.

Fab half term break

We have just arrived home following a four night stay over half term. We had such a lovely time, we really didn't want to leave. The house was perfect. It felt like we were really out in the sticks but everything we needed was just a few minutes down the road. We enjoyed trail runs in the woods at the back of the house each morning. The kids loved the horses. We enjoyed Conwy Morfa, Conwy Castle, little orme and great orme walks, Llandudno pier amusments, zip world at Fforest was 20 mins away and a FAB day out. We recommend Enochs Fish and chip shop!!! We will definately go back.

Autumn Break

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. The house was very comfortable and had everything needed and more for a lovely break . It was very clean and well stocked with all appliances and lots of linen available. The heating was easy to use and the wood stove well supplied with wood. Wi fi great and reception very good. The property is near to Llandudno and the A55 but feels as though it is in the middle of the country. Our nearest neighbours were three beautiful horses. We had a great time

Beautiful house

The house is beautifully decorated with everything you could want. The location is perfect, remote enough that you feel like you're away from everything but then Conwy is just 8 minutes drive away. The bedrooms were comfy and spacious. The house really has everything you can need plus lots of different areas to sit plus two tellies , which was handy when the teens wanted to watch a horror film in the lounge! The whole of North Wales easily accessible from here, we had lots of day trips . I highly recommend it! Owen was very kind and helpful too. We'll definitely book it again.
