The house includes anything we need. If you have a car, the location is quite good, very close to Conwy and Llandudno

Spacious property. Has everything you need. Good value for money. Location is quite isolated, very peaceful, though is only a short drive to Llandudno, Conwy etc.
Only access to property is via quite steep single track roads, which could be offputting for some. Decor of property could do with a refresh in places.

The location is lovely and peaceful a great base for visiting Wales and the beds are really comfy.
The property could benefit from a deep clean inside de-cobwebbing/dusting and paintwork touching up, it's looking tired and dated, also the glasses in the kitchen cupboards were dirty we had to wash them before use.
