Excellent property
Excellent property and would highly recommend. Convenient to explore the local area either by car, bus or walking. Property really comfortable with everything that you need and warm! Plenty of space, sofas and beds are comfortable.

Highly recommended for a party of 6-8 people.
Very well appointed house, all fittings to a high standard. Lovely open plan kitchen / dining / outdoor area. We were only 4 people but would make a great location for up to 8 with plenty of room.

Lovely stay
The house is brilliant, lots of space and everything you need. Everything was set up for us on arrival, high chair, stair gates and dog equipment. The location was perfect and inbetween Llandudno and Rhos on Sea, which are both great places.

Spacious. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of table wear. Near to bus routes for Llandudno and Conway

Highly recommend
What a super house. Well proportioned for 8 guests and well equipped in all rooms , including outdoor furniture if weather allows. The position of the house is in an ideal spot, close to all North Wales attractions. Plenty of eateries to choose from too. Host contactable at all times.
Weather. 😂 Cannot predict it. Despite the rain we managed to visit tourist sights then return with family and play board games ( also available at house).
