Casuarina Beach House is an architecturally designed, modern luxury beach house at Island Beach, Kangaroo Island. The house is located on a sand dune overlooking the 3 kilometer white sand beach and calm waters along this north-facing coastline.

The multi-level house hosts 3 living spaces and 3 outdoor deck spaces. There is a large and fully stocked indoor kitchen and also an outdoor kitchen including a Webber BBQ. The top deck is a fantastic place to have your meals, read a book and gaze out to the ocean. There are 5 very comfortable, large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms are configured with king size beds, but 2 rooms can be made into single beds to accommodate different sleeping arrangement requirements.

The house has been architecturally designed to maximize passive environmental control - using cross ventilation, shading and insulation. There are ceiling fans located in all bedrooms and upstairs living rooms. There is an open fireplace, a slow combustion fire and an electric convention heater in the different living spaces. Under floor bathroom heating effectively heats bedrooms.

The owners gladly share their boat mooring with you, should you wish to bring your own boat across. There is a kayak, table tennis table, board games, jig saw puzzles and other delightful holiday items to keep you entertained.

This lovely house provides more than just your holiday basics. It provides all the details to make sure you have a lovely stay. Your rental quote includes all bedroom linen and towels. The house offers laundry facilities, basic pantry items and all kitchen equipment required.

As this house layout includes multiple levels, and we don't recommend it for young children/toddlers. However, we will leave this decision up to the parents. This is also strictly a no pet property, therefore, please do not ask to bring your pets along.
