L'impianto di climatizzazione non è adeguato alla tipologia dell'appartamento (essendo su due livelli). Caldo soffocante al piano living mentre solo la prima delle due camere godeva del giusto raffrescamento. I ventilatori messi a disposizione erano solo dei palliativi.
Il terrazzo, seppur ampio e parzialmente coperto era preda di soggiorno dei piccioni, "inquilini" non graditi e poco puliti.

Great location near to shops, restaurants, bars and beach. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment itself was very clean and modern.
The aircon in the main living area barely functioned and it was not possible to sit comfortably in the lounge area. The terrace was very dirty with the furniture and tiles covered in bird poo and feathers. It had obviously not been cleaned for a while. The terrace was overlooked by many other apartments and lacked any privacy.

Great location, very quiet, beds very comfortable, had everything we needed, big balcony, was in walking distance to every thing, loved our stay.
