It will be a great shame if poor communication about check in prevented people booking this outsatsnding apartment.
Having been visiting Moraira for more than twenty years this property has the best view in the town by far. The apartment is excellent and the terraces outstanding. It is centrally located and there is everything you need in the apartment.
The communication to ensure a smooth check in needs significant review. We arrived out of office hours and whilst collection of the keys from the key box was fairly straightforward thr information to gain entry was so confusing , it took an hour of trying to contact the agent then send photos and videos of various doors and entrances before we finally gained entry. A very stressful start to our holiday which could be easily remedied with clearer instructions that about the apartment building being serviced by two different entrances with different keys and two different lifts from the underground car park. Also the car lift is unsuitable for large cars.

I think the property is in a great location but inside lacking and does have issues The beds are awful the bedroom decor could be so much better The bathrooms feel tired things like the toilet brushes look like they need to be thrown immediately
