The apartment itself was in an ideal location, very close to the centre, supermarkets, Friday market, good facilities within including cooking facilities, washing machine and most importantly air conditioning, relatively clean upon arrival (floor within the appt and balcony can’t have been cleaned), ultimately other than a few items that require replacing and/or modernisation (balcony seating, clothing airer/pegs, bedside drawers in master room) then this was an lovely pick to stay at.

1/ Having to travel to a separate location (20 mins walk) to collect and hand keys back (not ideal with 2 large suitcases and hand luggage). This should be made clear prior to booking as lots of conflicting instructions. 2/ The constant reminders via text/email of the house rules around not leaving washing up, rubbish in bins, check out time, breakages or we would be charged…. The cost seemed to change from €50 to €100during the week. It is highly likely due to the cost of the apartment that it will be professional adults renting this, constant reminders are not required…. It spoils the holiday!! 3/ There was no poolside furniture provided (other than 1 broken chair) by the apartment, so either I bought my own or just used my own beach towel to relax on. 4/ The “private/residents only pool” clearly has an issue with people who are not staying within the building making use of it to the point where I had to speak with a group of youths and request they leave. What is also apparent is that certain owners have clearly copied keys for friends/family to make use of the pool even though they have no affiliation with the building.

I liked the apartment it had all I needed for my break. Moraira is a beautiful place to visit.

The door entry needs to be looked at you will need to insert a new barrel for the door lock I have spoken to lots of people visiting this property and they all said the front door lock needs replacing. Maybe your cleaners should look under the couches.

Very nice location

Shower facilities very poor regarding the shower curtain in-the master there were none in the other bathroom the curtain was inadequate hence both bathrooms tended to flood shower doors arent that expensive so having to mop the floors every morning was a pain.
