Seagulls can be noisy but that is probably true for every property in St Ives if you have the windows open!

An excellent location just 5 minutes' walk from Porthminster beach and the train station and 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, this lovely property from Cornish Escapes was a real find. It is clean and comfortable and kitted out with everything one could need for a relaxing holiday and we received clear instructions and guidance on everything well before our arrival in St Ives. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

The views and the big windows in the lounge area! Juliet Balcony was a favourite of mine. Never seen one before and used it every day.
Not something anyone has control over but - The seagulls on the roof next to the master bedroom. Constantly going all day and night. Had to shut the windows even though it was so warm at night to try and shut out some of the noise. But we were by the seaside and with that, you get seagulls!
