The house is great for groups, the oven view is very nice. The only thing is that the refrigerator wasn’t working, although we had a small refrigerator in the garage. There is no air conditioner. And several things were broken, the trash can, blinds, torn sheets, etc. I wish the house was cleaner when we arrived and the housekeeper showed up at 10:25am even though we had until 11 to check out

The first impression was not great, water all over the kitchen floor. A loaner fridge, a small loaner fridge was in the garage. That was our only fridge. 70 aged ladies having to go down a few stairs to get to a fridge, in the garage, no handrail, that no one thought to turn on when it was delivered. We didn’t discover that until the next day with melted ice and ice cream. No soap in any of the bathrooms, only dish soap in kitchen. I understood everthing when I saw the for sale sign. No instructions on how to use the TV’s and the numerous remotes. Compare my picture below to the one online, quite different! Because I was the one in charge of securing this rental for our 41st year getting together it was quite stressful!! On a positive note everything was clean, beds good and lots of room as described! Overall disappointed especially when looking at the cost.

We all enjoyed our weekend in this Lincoln City home. It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It was a very stormy weekend, but with all the windows and views of the ocean we didn't feel boxed in. There were 8 adults and 7 kiddos and it did not feel crowded at all. The hot tub was really nice.

The house was beautiful, and perfectly suited for our needs. There were issues with hot water in the downstairs shower. And also.. There were not a lot of forks, lol. That said though, it was the perfect amount of room for the group. Never felt crowded and the rooms were comfortable. And the ocean view was fantastic. We will definitely come back for another stay, since the aforementioned issues were very minor. We really enjoyed our stay!

We found the house to clean and well organized. Found everything we needed. The hot tub was a hit with the adults as well as the children. The views of the ocean from the house are breathtaking. And the beach is just a few steps away. Wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful weekend and the house fit all 13 of us well. It's a trails walk to the beach and the house has incredible views. The house is close to the grocery store and a quick drive to shops, restaurants and the casino. We will definitely recommend this property to friends.

The location of this house is everything. It’s got a million $ view. It’s got room for 16 people so it’s perfect for large groups. The downside- when we checked in and unloaded our groceries we realized the fridge was 57 degrees. It seemed the power had gone out. It took over 24 hours for the fridge to come to temperature and we had to toss groceries for 16 people. It was a crazy 92 degree day at the coast (very rare) and the house has no ac so we went to use the fans provided only to discover they were all covered in a thick thick layer of dust. The windows screens were also covered with a thick layer of dust. The shower on the mail floor had visible mold growing in it. The vents on the airfilters around the home were also covered in dust. The comforter for the bed on the first floor was covered in hair and clearly has not been washed in a long time. The mattress protector has stains on it and needs to be washed. The towels which were suppose to be white where thin to the point of needed to be thrown out and they had a black hue to them. The kitchen lacked basic tools to cook with like a dry measuring cup. The toaster is missing the handles to put it down. For the price we paid to stay here we are deeply disappointed. It was absolutely filthy. Meredith Lodging sent a cleaner around 5pm on the night before we left to “clean” but this isn’t the kind of cleaning that can be done in a few hours. Sad to see a beautiful house looking like that.

I treated my preschool teacher staff to an end of the year beach retreat and we all loved staying at this home. It was clean, cozy, had a large kitchen which we all enjoyed cooking in. The hot tub was perfect, the views were gorgeous and there were plenty of beds for everyone! We had a blast!

Main level bedroom and bathroom, living room, kitchen half bath, deck leads to amazing view of ocean, bbq available. Upstairs four twins, full bath and separate bedroom. Garage has ping pong table and air hockey table unable to play as lights in garage not working. Overall stay was great, would rent again.

The house was beautiful when we arrived. There were several things for kids to do and a quiet hangout for the adults. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the property description was the steep driveway. It made it hard for our family to park, unload and get in and out of cars. There weren’t any options besides the driveway to park because you couldn’t park on the street. Besides the driveway it was a great trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this stunning house! The hot tub was a hit with our tween girls! The deck was a fav spot for all of us with the view of the ocean and the fresh air! We liked the layout of the house. There was enough room for all of us. The only con was that the air hockey table wasn't working and the net for ping pong was broken. Besides that, we all had a great time!

The house was perfect size for multiple couples and children. We all had plenty of space and never felt crowded. The hot tub is ginormous and always warm. The driveway is steep but you are able to fit lots of cars so that’s nice. Overall the house was great and we will be back!

This house has good space for kids to play and for grown up to enjoy. Also there are Shelves with lots of board games to chose from. The beach is a short walk from the house. Everybody had a fun time. The only thing that did not have are non stick pans.

Beautiful home with terrific view, plenty of supplies, close to beach although it is uphill walking coming back. Very comfortable beds. Had to have maintenance out twice. First day couldn’t get in. Very hot in house. Opened all windows and cdpors unable to get tv or WiFi. Great guy came and fixed all those problems. Sat night there was no hot water and couldn’t get anyone to come so no showers, couldn’t wash dishes. Sun mid morning same great guy came and fixed problems so we got dishwasher going in time to get our cleanup finished before we had to leave. Sad to end our vacation on that negative experience. Still highly recommend the house.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. Main floor has a bedroom/bath, family room and very well stocked kitchen (Plenty of supplies to cook meals for a big family) and another 1/2 bath so it’s perfect for the family to all be together, eat and socialize. Deck right off the main floor with wonderful views and a grill we used a couple times. Upstairs has a bathroom and two bedrooms- great for kids (one is more of a bunk room with four twin beds). The basement has two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms and an extra family room and kitchenette. Great basement area for people to hang out or play games. Full laundry room was very convenient. We had two extra couples who wouldn’t fit in the house bedrooms, so they stayed in hotels close by and came over each morning to the house for the day and it worked great. One minute drive to the grocery store. A couple minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay.
