About this house rental
This Celebrity hideaway was once the home of the famed Desi and Lucy Arnez from the"I Love Lucy Show". Find the serenity that they cherished at this quiet, 3BR, 3BA mountain-backed home, This gorgeous mid-century modern Alexander-style home offers panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains and is in close proximity to area entertainment and outdoor activities.
This home offers 2 master suites.
A short hallway leads to the first stylish King bedroom which grants access to the outside pool area. A king-size bed, 56” wall-mounted TV, and a sitting area with plush armchairs all face the beautiful mountain views.
This modern bathroom has top mounted sink with lots of counter space and a tiled walk-in shower.
The second master also has expansive mountain views. Sprawl out in a king-size bed facing a 62” wall-mounted TV. Enjoy direct access to the pool area and an en-suite bath with large walk-in shower.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed, 48” wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and dual-sink vanity set against mosaic tiles.
Set against a gorgeous backdrop of mountains and swaying date palm trees, your private backyard is a true tropical oasis. Sunsets are breathtaking. Take a dip in the pool or sink into the hot tub, then collapse onto one of the 6 chaise lounge chairs. The Pool can be heated for an additional charge, the heating of the spa is included in the rental. The covered patio offers lots of shade for those who want protection from the sun. Later, spark up the gas grill in the poolside cooking area, and pluck a chilled bottle from your outdoor refrigerator for evening drinks. The outdoor lounge area has a large gas fire table, perfect for late night conversations with friends and family.
Chic and contemporary, the stylishly furnished open living space is awash with light that pours in through large doors and windows leading to the outside pool area.
UTILITIES:
Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.

We come to the desert twice a year and always rent a different house for 5 or 6 weeks. This house is one of the best. The interior has been renovated and is very beautiful-better than the pictures show. The house is bright. The views are magnificent. The backyard is large. The pool and hot tub are great. Overall the house has great style. We made some friends in the neighborhood who invited us over for dinner and will visit us in Chicago. Louisa and her team were very responsive to our needs. Rent this house. You will love it.

What a wonderful stay. With everything going on we were so looking forward to this getaway and it did not disappoint. Louisa, the property manager was wonderful and our stay was perfect in every way. We will be back!

Pros-cute house, nice pool, fun putting green, close to shops and restaurants.
Cons-beds were way too firm, some of outdoor furniture was not clean, no music allowed outdoors at any time-regardless of volume, no one allowed outdoors on the property after 10:00 pm
