You can heat the pool to your liking. We take a $3000 gas deposit and will let you know after 1 week your actual usage so you can understand your consumption. Please let us know 72 hours prior for pool heating.

The heated spa has a waterfall that overflows into the pool and fits eight people very comfortably. The spa and pool light up at night making the outdoors come alive.

With close to 700 square feet of covered patio, there is plenty of room for all to enjoy the mountain views, relax while watching your favorite sporting event on the outdoor tv, or have a beautiful al fresco meal with your friends and family. On the cooler days, there are patio heaters and a fireplace to keep you warm. 
The patio is connected to the living room and dining room with massive sliding doors which completely fold inside the wall and makes the living and dining room feel connected with the pool and outside areas. 

This home is a smart home with Lutron lights, fans, shades and more all controlled digitally. Solar panels provide most of your energy needs.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with Wolf and Subzero appliances, 2 electric ovens, one steam oven, a 6-burner gas range with grilling and griddle sections and a pot filler. The bunk room has trundle too and sleeps 4 people. A pack and play is available so you don't have to tote your own.
