Dream Oasis Pool 5bed 5bath, pool, spa, game room, cinema, putting green

Superb location; beautiful grounds, pool and view. Large property that could easily accommodate more than the current maximum of 10 people ( we were a party of 8). Our3 grandchildren loved the pool and surroundings.

Our family had an absolutely spectacular time at the property. We would definitely recommend it to others. Hector, the property manager, was available 24/7 and was wonderful to communicate with.

My family and I had. Great time at this house. Plenty of room, kitchen is well stocked, and the game room was a hit! Hector was great and very helpful during our stay. Will look to stay again in the near future!

nice place for a family gathering.

This home is lovely and includes a yard that is fabulous. Yet, the owner has made the home so much fun to stay in by adding things in the game room that can entertain both children and adults for hours. Not to mention the home theater!

the property was great. The one thing they need to fix is in the game room which is fantastic everything was not in perfect working order. No tips on pool sticks and pin ball machine flippers did not always work.

Our group consisted of old friends (from grade school) getting together to celebrate birthdays and retirement. Half of the group flew in from the east coast. The house was exactly as it appears in the pictures--spotless, beautifully decorated, top-notch landscaping, very private. The layout was fabulous! We loved the sliding glass doors that opened to the pool and patio. We did use the spa but did not need to heat the pool. It has a spacious kitchen for all our cooking; and we enjoyed the game room and movie theatre too! Our host was a super host, quick to respond if we had any questions, recommended restaurants, etc. Our group would not hesitate to recommend this property to others and we would absolutely stay here again. We made some great memories!.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was a perfect set up for our group but we be conducive for families too! The open indoor/outdoor living and landscape feels like a retreat. We used rideshares to get around and it was slightly longer from downtown then expected but not a problem with some planning. Hector was easy to get a hold of and helpful!

Easy and user-friendly.

Large house with many bedrooms and lots of entertainment for all ages on the property (movie room, bbq, pool, game room, golf, bocci ball, fire pit) so there is no need to ever leave the house. The sun keeps the pool very warm!

The entire family enjoyed this home! So many fun things to do here!

This home has something for everyone. We had little kids, a teenager and young and old adults and it was a wonderful family vacation with plenty of space for everyone. Hector, the property manager, was so helpful. Lots of playing pool and swimming in the pool. The game room was perfect and we kept cool inside cooking together and watching movies, too.

Perfect home for large family vacation. Offers everything for those who want to be active and for those that want a rest from everyday life.

The host was amazing. Property is great for all ages. Will definitely want to come back.

This property has a wonderful main house, games room and outdoor area. The additional casita is not up to the high standard of the main house. We did not use the casita . Kids had a blast using all the games, pool and putting green. Hector, the host is fantastic! Caring, communicative and enthusiastic!

Great home inside and outside....spacious, clean and more than enough space for everyone to do their own thing or not. We were amazed that a house such as this existed. There was always something to keep everyone busy. Hector was great and communicated quickly to all of our inquiries. Super happy and pleased with this house and our overall stay here.

Wonderful vacation! Beautiful house and oasis. Large comfortable house with so much to do - great pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, bocce ball, fire pit, bbq, putting area. House well stocked with towels and linens and kitchen supplies. Hector was very responsive. Location is very central- in between down town Palm Springs & Rancho Mirage/Palm Desert.

Hector was very good to work with. House was clean and pool area was awesome! Close to hiking trails and restaurants. Kitchen could use more baking pans etc. Theatre was really nice. Plenty of pool towels for all. Overall great experience and we would come back again.

This house was beautiful with everything we needed and then some. We had several couples there for a golf weekend and everything was great. The game room was awesome and everyone had so much fun playing shuffleboard and pool etc, it was excellent. It was a bit of a diamond in the rough and although we couldn't play music outside, we were there to relax for the most part, so that didn't matter. Very cool juke box inside that provided the music when we wanted that and shut the sliders. We were good with the rules and we would definitely come back to this one again!

This was an amazing house for our group, which included kids from 6-13 along with parents. Everyone had an amazing time and Hector was extremely responsive to any questions. Our kids walked in and spent the next few hours exploring each room in the house, which is set up perfectly for groups to enjoy. We spent extra $ on the house in an effort to enjoy the place and not have to go out during the pandemic. We loaded up at the Costco 15 minutes away and rarely left - and rarely saw our kids! Between the pool, game room, movie room, bocce, large turf area and casita, they had a blast from morning to night. The adults were able to enjoy the expansive open spaces indoors and out. Cathedral City is trying to phase out short-term rentals and we took it very seriously to be sure to not play music and keep the noise down. Hopefully they're able to keep renting this house for years to come because we would love to find a way to return!

When we got to the house, it looked exactly like in the pictures. Everyone walked in the door and said this is amazing as they ran to claim their rooms. It was just what the doctor ordered; it was open, airy, and the layout was great! We stayed by the pool most of the time, which was wonderful and the grill area was great for cooking. The Game room was awesome. I would recommend my friends to definitely stay there and look forward to another stay there myself in the future. My family was very pleased and said said Thank YOU.

We have kids ranging from 3-16 years old. The game room was perfect! They were occupied by all the amenities . The house was very clean and has a open room concept. The Movie room was an added amenity to this property as well. The Manager Hector was great as usual . Super responsive and even warned me not to play music outside . The city has a strict rule of no noise outside after 10pm . No music at all at any time of the day. He prevented me from receiving a $1,000 fine! Just something to think about if you decide on this property. He has other properties that he can offer that allow music ...... at the end of the day my family had a blast and will continue to rent from Hector on our annual Palm Springs area trip.

It really was a wonderful time at a wonderful property, and Hector made it very easy!

We enjoyed our time at this property. We especially loved the game room, the pool, and the movie theater. We were looking for a place to stay that had activities for our family since we had to cancel our original vacation due to the pandamic. We are a family of four who traveled with the grandparents (six people total). We created our own "golf tournament" and "bocce ball tournament." We had "movie night" and my boys loved the jukebox and arcade machine (it has all of the old time video games...so many to choose from...loved it). The two main bedrooms were lovely and I loved the firm bed (so did my father-in-law). The grandparents had planned to stay in the casita, but you can't access the casita from the main house. In addition, the ceilings in the bedroom in the casita are quite low. However, the ceilings in the kitchen and living space in the casita are of good height. Given the low ceilings in the bedroom of the casita and stairs on the outside (the casita is on a separate level), the grandparents decided to stay in the main part of the house instead (just something to consider if you plan on having guests in the casita). The two larger bedrooms in the main part of the home were very nice. In addition, there are three more additional bedrooms in the main part of the home. The carpet in one of the extra rooms was damp, so no one could stay in that room (Hector sent someone out to try and remedy the situation right when we left...it didn't affect us since we didn't need to use that room). We texted Hector in regards to all of our questions and concerns. He was always so quick to reply and answer any questions that we had. Our only complaints were that there were small ants in a few places (they were near the outdoor barbecue area...so although we brought stuff to make smores...we chose to make them in the microwave instead), the pinball machine struggled to consistently work properly (which Hector helped us with), and the wet carpet created a little bit of a smell in the back part of the home. However, like I said, Hector was always responsive and was working to remedy all of the situations for the future guests. One more thing...we love to play board games. Although we loved all of the items in the game room, we were glad we brought our own board games with us (we didn't see any in the home). We brought our own games and loved playing at the long dining room table...we had a lot of fun!

The home was beautiful, we had a great time.

GOOD LOCATION AND PROPERTY

I want to thank Hector for being such an amazing host. Hector was extremely accommodating and his home was exactly what we were looking for. We are a group of close friends who always travel together and were looking for a home thats filled with activities that can keep us entertained! And that's exactly what we got! His Home had a really fun game room, with so many different options and equipped with an amazing stereo to play music aswell! At night we were able to enjoy the home theatre which was such a nice addition!! The pool was heated perfectly, super enjoyable and relaxing!! The jacuzzi was also set at a perfect temperature!! We also brought our furry friends and they loved the yard! The living room sliding door brought such a nice openness & luxury touch to the home overseeing the pool. Hector's home was fully equipped, big enough but yet still cozy and intimate. Overall, I would highly recommend his home for anyone who is looking to stay in and not want to leave, because the home has lots of entertainment and you won't want to anyways :)
