Etno selo Smrčevo brdo

First of all, the host was really lovely and welcoming. The chalet we had was gorgeous and cosy. We loved the sleeping arrangement upstairs, and we spent an evening playing board games on the atmospheric terrace. The breakfast was generous and excellent - we tried a traditional cheese pie which was really tasty.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we only spent one night there - next time we will book a longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location and surroundings are fantastic: close enough to Žabljak to be convenient (for shops, cafes, restaurants), but far enough away to really enjoy the peace and feeling of being immersed in nature. The outdoor area is a real highlight, with hammocks and seating overlooking the mountains. It’s also a fantastic spot for watching the stars at night! The accommodation itself is authentic and charming, while still being functional and comfortable. The sleeping area was particularly cosy and we slept very well. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cosy, authentic place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Durmitor surroundings!

Just one small suggestion: the kitchen area is charming, and having a few additional kitchen items, such as a regular frying pan and some extra cutlery (especially spoons), would make it even more practical for guests who want to cook.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was lovely and the views were unmatched and we drove and spent the day at the black lake which wasnt too far

Pleasant hosts, cosy cabin, beautiful surroundings just off Durmitor ring.

You have to walk a bit to reach a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but it's really not a disadvantage.
