Good Location in walking distance to restaurants and the National Park, not really smoke free accom.

Location was within walking distance to restaurants and the National Park. There was a grocery store very close for misc snacks. Restaurant Podgora was a good value and good food, and the bakery across the street Shambhala was good for some sweets for breakfast.

Non smoking room, however live in care taker on ground floor smokes, so it easily makes its way up to the first floor. Bearable for one night, but if you can't stand cigarette smoke then find another place.

Nice stay with little issues

Very nice appartement. Clean, spaceous, nice bed and good location in Zabljak.

Unfortunately the communication was a bit difficult. Hard to reach for check-in and check-out. Although parking was reserved there was no free slot in front of the house (which turned out not be big issue as there was luckily one at the street). Also theres a house being built directly (just 2 or 3 meters maybe) next to the appartement. So theres no window view anymore and at least currently workers are able to look into bedroom.

The house is beautiful and right in the center of the city, so everything was super convenient. The place is very cozy, the beds are really comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting!

Nice clean room In the center of Zabljak near restaurants,shops and ATMs. There is also a big ‘livingroom’ area where you can relax. Especially thanks to the very service minded and friendly host.

We had an amazing night here, the owner Jelena was super warm, friendly and helpful. The room looks new, nicely decorated and nice and warm (but adjustable). The little details made it better, like the heated floor, little soaps and hairdryer in the bathroom. Free parking right in front. Would recommend!

.there is no AC, its was too hot and was hard to sleep, even with window open it was still hot. .the window doesn't have net to prevent bugs from getting in so we weren't able to open it all the way

Cozy Hotel in Zabljak with the best location and best breakfast.

The location, the coziness of the property and the Host Vera & her daughter were very helpful and made our stay nice and peaceful. Vera makes the breakfast everyday and the spread is a nice Montenegrin one, very tasty and filling. The view from our room was very nice.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Firmer mattress could have been preferred. However this is just a minor issue, considering this being a very tiny town, this property was surely one of the best and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

Location was really good. Nice lady at breakfast, good breakfast with local products.

There was a lot of mold in our room (room nro 1). Really bad when one is super allergic to mold. They tried to cover the mold odor with some scent spray system, but it just made it worse. Got a terrible headache of the scent mixed with mold odor. Floor in our room was really dirty, I had to swipe it with wash cloth to be able to walk there without shoes.

Borovnica Sweet Apartments is an excellent place to stay. Receptionist Vera is the best receptionists we have ever met in our life. She is very nice, friendly and willing to help with everything. I required a silent (quiet) room and I got a very silent room. I will come to Borovnica again.
