We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms are very nice, you have access to a sauna as well as a pool and jaccuzzi

Great vacation, wonderful and kind hotel crew!

Wonderful hotel, the crew and specially the manager ( Yovanova) were so kind and assisted with any questions or requests. The location is quite good. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property and Exceptional service

Scenery of the mountains was so beautiful, despite some construction being in our view. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious. The sauna was a fantastic way to relax after a long day of activities. The staff was the ultimate stand out that made our experience amazing. Jovanna and Malitca (?spelling sorry) were so above and beyond helpful and kind and made us very comfortable the whole time. Of all of our stays and experiences in Dubrovnik and Montenegro, they were the most professional and helpful staff of all.

Everything was great. My only 2 suggestions would be for a more comfortable bed or add a massages topper. It was very hard so sleep was difficult. The jacuzzi could use some deep cleaning and maintenance.

3 nights was more than enough

Staff were really helpful, friendly and hard working. Free ice cream and coffee in the afternoon was a nice addition. Good pool (if a little cold), jacuzzi and sauna were also bonus facilities.

Felt it was overpriced - wouldn’t describe it as a luxury chalet. Building site right in front of the chalet was a bit of an eye sore. Stains in corners of the rooms we stayed in, bed mattresses creaked - wardrobes made of paper. Changed rooms half way through to a loft room for a family to 4 to share which felt overpriced - curtains didn’t draw properly and were not intuitive to use. Ended up leaving early despite not getting a refund.

3 days was more than enough

Very helpful, hard working and friendly staff. Free ice cream and coffee all day was a nice touch. Pool was well appointed if a little cold. Appreciated the sauna and jacuzzi. Looked like one of the better places to stay in a town we found to be very run down and scrappy - with building work/ abandoned/ dilapidated buildings everywhere.

Felt it was overpriced. One of the rooms we stayed in did not live up to the pictures - didn’t feel luxury. Flimsy fittings and fixtures and signs of wear and tear. Bed creaked, wardrobe was paper thin. Moved to loft room half way through our planned 4 night stay and curtains didn’t even close properly. Overpriced for what it was - sofa bed uncomfortable for our kids. Chalet surrounded by building works was a bit of an eyesore. Decided to leave a day early and did not receive refund.

We loved the room, the breakfast, the friendly staff, the jacuzzi and pool, the ice cream and coffee machine. Plus the beautiful views.

Property with good facilities and great service that could use some maintenance to keep up with its standards

Good service by staff. Nice swimming pool and room. Good breakfast and free ice cream all day. Quiet area close to all facilities. Great view

For the price we expected some more luxury, for instance; Wifi was slow ( could not use Netflix), no airco, property had luxury looks but could use some maintenance ( shower head was not optimal, flooring next to pool and balcony needs to be replaced) also better blinds would be recommended and more kitchen facilities ( pots and pans)

Amazing

Amazing service, everyone was super kind. Rooms had everything you needed and very clean. Breakfast was great. Free water, coffee, tea, fruit and ice cream all day. The view was amazing. Perfect location, the town with restaurants etc only a couple mins away by car. Super close to black lake and to drive the durmitor ring.

A lovely stay with personal care

The location is great with a pool that lends lovely views. All the listed amenities were available and the space was neat and clean. Special shout out to Jovana who took extra care with providing a ground floor room and great local recos the moment she found out I am pregnant. All in all, a lovely stay in a place we would love to come back to!

Beautiful place with the best staff and the best view!

The staff was the best we experienced so far, so kind, nice and professional! They helped us with absolutely everything! Also, we loved the view, private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi in top winter season. We will definitely come back in spring!

Everything was great and lovely, so there is nothing we didn’t like at all. The only thing we would recommend would be adding the restaurant services for dinner in the winter season and adding the coat hangers in the loft.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location

Hotel is located across the valley from the main town, but this is a huge benefit as it was very quiet, there was plenty of parking and the staff were always friendly and helpful

New hotel - leaking bathroom

The hotel staff was super nice and offered us a platter of cold cuts on arrival. When we got cold, they brought us a portable heater. As a token of appreciation for staying at the hotel, the receptionist offered us a bottle of red wine and made a small discount for all the trouble we faced with the room.

The hotel is still new and a lot things need ironing out. The shower in the bathroom had no barrier to stop water from leaking to the bathroom floor. At night it was getting cold. Standing in a pool of cold water while brushing your teeth by the sink is not pleasant at all. We ended up mopping floors in the bathroom after each shower. The hosts offered to use a shower in another room, but the water there was ice cold. A huge letdown. Also, be prepared that you will have to pay for your stay in cash as there’s no card machine available at the hotel. Sauna is still not working. The jacuzzi outsize was not working on the first day. Restaurant on -1 doesn’t serve hot breakfast, only cold cuts, bread and coffee. The cafeteria is super small. Location of the chalet is a bit remote and you need to walk through the grass field to get to town.

Lovely staff and accommodation

The staff are absolutely delightful and will do their utmost to accommodate any request. We particularly enjoyed our interactions with Jovana who is a real asset to the company. She is helpful and very approachable. Her English is superb and we had some lovely conversations with her. The location and views of the mountains from the rooms and breakfast area are really amazing and it felt modern throughout the hotel. They have free (and very nice!) coffee, fruit and ice cream available 24/7 in the breakfast area.

The pictures made us think we had booked the top floor apartment but in fact we were put in the lower ground floor. The staircase is quite noisy so you are woken up around 7am each morning when people start to go to breakfast, so we'd recommend bringing some earplugs. We had a kitchenette so thought we might do some cooking to save money. However there are no pans/utensils so you aren't able to use it which was a bit odd.

Nice place but a bit expansive for the value you get.

The location was convenient, close to the town center so easy to commute. Facilities are nice but we could not join them due to weather.

So due to rain they had electricity outage which mean we had to skip breakfast and could not get ready normally. I would expect a place lie that which is one of the most expansive in the area to have at list a generator. Also there was an electricity issue with second floor as well.

Great hospitality and wonderful service!!!

The service was just perfect, all the staff was warm, kindly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there were various food options and they served a nice coffee and ice-cream in the shared area all over the day. The hotel was clean and located 5 minutes drive from Zabliak center

For those who are taking the loft- it’s important to pay attention that there is no elevator in the building and it’s the third floor.

Staff was absolutely phenomenal! From check-in to check-out, she was amazing. The girl who prepared our breakfast created a work of art each morning.

I would say that I can hear EVERYTHING happening outside our walls. Their was a drone that flew right by our window on 9/28 and stayed there for minutes while we sat at the window. It's super weird and totally inappropriate.
