Great location just a short walk to the centre. A bonus to have a parking space as we found parking in Zablijak a challenge. Bedroom was basic but lounge area was nice and modern

It’s a nice apartment house very close to downtown and everything else the area has to offer

We stayed in apartment 6 which is rooftop. If you’re tall, this is not the apartment for you. The shower did not have a door or a curtain so the bathroom floor becomes all wet after one person showers.

Comfortable modern room. Some kitchen facilities.

Cleaning could be better. We were in the loft apartment which was OK for us but taller guests might struggle with low ceilings.

Clean accommodation convenient for Zabljak and the Durmitor NP.

Convenient location for Durmitor NP, also just 10mins walk into Zabljak. Clean. Firm bed. Good communication from owner. Friendly welcome from staff on site. Parking next to accommodation. Can book activities through the hosts (but be careful there’s a weight limit with the horse riding we’d booked so were unable to go through with the activity and wasted a morning - not specifically the hosts fault but maybe some more communication between the 2 companies would be helpful to prevent this happening again!)

Watch your heads if you’re tall and in the top apartment!! Sloped ceilings made it difficult to get in and out of bed and to use the toilet.

Very nice apartment and great service, enjoyed our stay here. We could also book different tours with them which was very convenient and easily arranged. Also appreciated their clear communication.

Stunning mountains and Black lake!

The apartment is really clean with enough kitchen equipment to eat at home. They were amazing at answering any questions we had at any time of day.

The property was great, but I didn’t love the town. We booked it because it is walking distance from town, but the hills and meadows out of town are so lovely that I think if I went again I’d stay out of town. We hiked up Bobotov Kuk. WOW. It was incredible. I highly recommend the sedlo to sedlo option. We considered doing sedlo to Zabljak but it would have been too much for us.

A great stay in an amazing area

Lovely modern apartment. Super easy check in. Parking is a big plus. Supermarkets within walking distance. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics for cooking your own meals. Beds were comfy. It is a stunning area, we wished we could have stayed longer. The Black Lake is only a few minutes down the road, and it’s a great base for hiking other trails in the national park.

Central heating was on while we were there due to a cold snap. We had control over the wall heaters but couldn’t figure out the underfloor heating. We got a little too warm at night even with the windows open.

Fresh New Apartments

The staff was excellent. Our cleaning lady had an infectious smile and would talk to us everyday…we didn’t know what she was saying but it didn’t matter…she was so kind. The beds were very comfortable. The WiFi was super fast! The kitchen was very well equipped and the fridge was big and had a freezer. Very clean, fresh and new.

Two of the rooms had been smoked in. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and have asthma so we were transferred to Apt #1 which was indeed smoke free. The host was kind enough to move us until we had an apt. I could stay in.

Modern, clean and very nice place in beautiful sorroundings

Easy to find, lovely location, very nice staff, high level of cleanliness. About a 5-10 minute walk from city center with restaurants and supermarkets. The staff we had to get the keys from and deliver the keys too did not speak any english, however a lot of communication wasn't really required, so it was not a big problem and they were really sweet. Most of the communication regarding checkout, what to do, where to go etc. was through WhatsApp with the property owners. Also, free parking was very nice.

We had to pay with cash since they do not a POS for credit card transactions. This meant the only way we could pay with credit card was giving them my credit card details over WhatsApp which I was not really comfortable with. There's an ATM in the city about 5-10 minutes away, so not a huge issue. The warm water pressure was very bad. The property is located right next to a road which can be a bit busy in the afternoon and evening, but was fairly quiet during the night. We were not disturbed by this, since our bedroom was not facing the road, but may have been if it had.

It was very secluded from the center, altrough quite near (10 minutes walk). Modern design building and apartments, enough free parking places.

The stuff (aside from the owner, who was very polite and helpfull) wasn't ok, because, we needed to ask twice for simple cleaning of the floors, since we arrived with the baby which is crawling all over the place. Unfortunately, altrough owner wished to help us, the cleaning ladies wasn't interested in helping us with our reasonable request (the floor wasnt clean at all when we arrived).

The only place to stay in Zabljack

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The hosts are the kindest people - they were so helpful and lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment is simply fantastic. I had apartment 5 on the top floor. The apartment was fully furnished with a small kitchen with pots/pans etc.. for cooking. There is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee which was a lovely touch. The living room has a comfy sofa and TV (I didn't use it but it has Netflix I think). The bed was incredibly comfortable and being able to see the stars from the bedroom window was a delight! I can't wait to return!

Just a tip - if you are very tall then avoid the top floor apartments!

It was cozy, well equipped, warm and the location is very good

Although it was said that the crib will be set up that wasn’t the case, we have found it in the room though but had to set it up on our own (travel crib) The heating hasn’t been working 24/7, was off every night (after midnight) till morning Cleanliness level could be better TV doesn’t have more than 5 channels

Nice and spacious apartment near enough to walk to the center of Žabljak. Nice staff.

Temperatures outside were already dropping during the night time in the beginning of September. The bathroom was quite cold and damp, because the heating in the building was off. There was a one electrical radiator to be used to keep the appartment otherwise warm enough.

Convenient location to the park entrance and walking distance to the center of town for restaurants and shopping.

Amazing stay, very friendly hosts !

Our stay was great. We were greeted by lovely Marijana who showed us the apartment and gave us great tips about location. Next day we also contacted hosts to help us arrange rafting on Tara river , and they were quick and efficient arranging it on our behalf- we were picked up at set time as agreed. The apartment has everything you need and we had the best sleep there. Located close to all amenities in Zabljak.
