The apartment is light and airy. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Very quiet. The fully functioning washer is an added bonus and allowed us to pack lightly. The apartment is definitely in the city center, allowing exploration of both Deauville and Trouville on foot. The host and property manager are responsive. This property met and exceeded our expectations. We would book again.

The apartment is wonderful! The location is ideal. It is a short walk from the train station and it’s in the center of Deauville. It is a short walk to the beach, the casino and to Trouville. There are many excellent restaurants that are a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and it’s easily accessible via the elevator. The wifi connection was strong and the kitchen was fully equipped. We very much enjoyed the balcony overlooking the main street of Deauville. We would highly recommend this apartment, and we would happily stay there again.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished, the pictures on the website correspond to reality. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, communication with the landlord (Francois) and the property manager (Jaqueline) was quick and uncomplicated. Possibility to have breakfast and/or a drink on the small balcony (no awning/sunshade). Toilet a bit small and cramped, separate from the bathroom. A big plus is the private parking space in the backyard. Absolute recommendation.

Magnifique séjour à Deauville ! Je ne peux que vous recommander l’appartement de François ! Emplacement idéal en plein cœur de Deauville. Balcon expose plein sud, idéal quand les enfants font la sieste :-) Appartement très bien agencé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, idéal avec des enfants. François a été très arrangeant pour notre heure d’arrivée et de départ. C’est certains nous reviendrons à Deauville, et ce sera dans ce logement !

Appartement parfaitement tenu et très bien situé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions comme les quelques filtres à café, un peu d'essui tout, un peu de liquide vaisselle, etc, qui évitent d'avoir à courir acheter les choses de première nécessité lorsqu'on vient de faire de la route. Très calme la nuit nous avons très bien dormis. Très bien équipé. Bref une belle expérience, nous reviendrons !

Conforme à la description, voici un appartement idéal pour séjourner à Deauville : central, à 10 mn de la Gare et à peine 10mn des Planches. Aménagé sobrement et avec goût, tout le nécessaire est disponible. La chambre donne sur cours, donc très calme. Le séjour sur la rue, très calme aussi en ces premiers jours de novembre. Les règles sanitaires sont respectées et il n’y a rien à redire sur la propreté de l’appartement. François est un hôte particulièrement disponible, prévenant et cordial. Merci à lui. Baptiste qui nous a accueillis est un jeune homme tout à fait charmant et courtois.

Les points positifs: l’emplacement ++++ en centre ville et proche de la plage, le balcon, la vue et l’accueil. Le GROS point négatif: la propreté! Fientes d’oiseaux sur la coursive, poussière un peu partout, joints moisis dans la salle de bain, plinthes et sol autour du frigo jamais nettoyés, éponges laissées à disposition dégoûtantes….(photos à disposition). Je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs sur la propreté dans ce logement. Je le regrette, il suffirait d’un peu de rénovation et d’entretien pour que ce logement soit une perle.

11 jours passés dans cet appartement. Idéalement situé, à proximité de la place Morny, du marché et des commerces. Pas très éloigné des planches et de la plage. Appartement très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Lave vaisselle, lave linge séchant, vaisselle suffisante. Il ne manquait rien. Le plus, la gentillesse et la bonne communication du propriétaire, et de la conciergerie. Bref je recommande vivement cet appartement qui est parfait pour 2 voire 4 personnes.
