Big, clean, modern and very central apartment in Deauville

A charming apartment in a fabulous location

What a lovely apartment, right in the centre of town, for us; a couple. We found the space great, everything we needed for a few days. So many lovely shops, bars and restaurants so close by. Really wide sandy beach in walking distance. There was paid parking directly outside the apartment, but we drove just around the corner and found streets with free on street parking. Contact with Mylène was very helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. This was a great base for us to explore the Normandy landings and memorials. The stairs up to the apartment on the second floor were no where near as bad as we’d expected from previous reviews. As the building had a coded entry, it felt secure enough to leave some luggage and shopping at the bottom of the stairs, and do it in relays. A charming flat in a very old building for a very affordable price. We shall return.

Picking the keys 1 km away from the appartment Price too high for value We had to clean the appartment completely , throw the garbage and do another visit to the pick up key place (1 km away) to get some toulet papers

Goede locatie, maar het appartement is erg teleurstellend

De locatie, midden in het centrum van Deaville en op loopafstand van de haven en het strand.

Het appartement was niet schoon. Er zat allemaal viezigheid in de waterkoker, de kastjes stonken, de kozijnen van de ramen waren beschimmeld, er lagen allemaal gebruikte etensresten in de kastjes wat er niet fris uitzag. Er lagen nog haren in het doucheputje en ook de douchekop was echt heel erg smerig. Wat wij ook niet vonden kunnen is dat èèn kant van het bed totaal doorgezakt was, waardoor je aan die kant van het bed niet kon liggen. Al met al, wij zouden het appartement helaas niet aanbevelen.

Tutto! La posizione, in centro , ma vicino all’oceano. Appartamento dotato di tutto (lavatrice e lavastoviglie) , comodo per 4 . Animali accettati , il parcheggio libero nelle vie vicine. Comodo al supermarket Veramente confortevole!

Un emplacement idéal pour cet appartement bien équipé !

Emplacement vraiment idéal, à quelques minutes à pied des plages de Deauville et Trouville, et donnant immédiatement sur le marché et les commerces. Nombreux restaurants autour (nous vous conseillons les pizzas de chez Napoletano à 30 secondes à pied, et le japonais Kyo, voisin à l'appartement !). Le logement est parfait pour 2 à 4 personnes, dans notre cas un couple avec bébé. Deuxième étage sans ascenseur, tenir compte des éventuels transferts de bagages/poussettes, etc. L'hôte s'adapte à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ dans la mesure du possible, et reste parfaitement disponible et réactif pour toute question. Les rues derrière l'immeuble sont en stationnement gratuit.

Quelques points assez anecdotiques mais qui peuvent avoir leur importance selon vos besoins : il y a une connexion Internet mais elle est très lente (ADSL). Pas de volets dans la chambre, ce qui peut déranger ceux qui aiment l'obscurité totale (et ne pas être réveillé par le lever du jour !). Enfin, la porte de le chambre ne ferme pas correctement ce qui sera certainement réparé dans la foulée. Du reste, bel emplacement, équipement complet (dont lit bébé qui mériterait un petit matelas adapté), chauffage électrique efficace !

Un petit séjour relaxant dans un lieu de confiance

Le quartier est calme, central et sécurisé. Appartement confortable avec le nécessaire. Très bon accueil : notre hôte s'est arrangée pour nous faire entrer plus tôt que prévu dans la matinée, afin que nous puissions déposer nos affaires. On apprécie également le geste pour la literie afin d'utiliser les deux lits.

Il manquait certaines instructions complémentaires, par ex pour faire fonctionner la TV. Certains des équipements méritent d'être revus, notamment le plafonnier de chambre clignotant et le lit-dépliant trop creusé à mon goût.
