unfortunately this property are managed by a agency then no flexibility!! we booked for 5 peoples and even if we was just 3 staying there we was obliged to pay even the city tax for 5 personnes ☹️

Everything except the front door😅 just 10mins away from the beach 3mins away from all restaurant and store.

Only the front door. You have to push it first before it locks but not a big deal for me.

Très bon séjour à Deauville dans un appartement fonctionnel adapté aux familles avec enfants.

L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement est assez confortable. Très pratique d’avoir une sécheuse en plus de la machine à laver.

Certains équipements mériteraient un entretien (lave-vaisselle notamment). L’appartement est sans charme mais fonctionnel dans l’ensemble.

Parfait avec une conciergerie présente ça sera encore mieux.

Emplacement parfait, très bel appartement, lumineux, calme, bonne literie. De la vaisselle en quantité, et des appareils pratiques.

Aucun contact avec la conciergerie, il manquait des serviettes de bain, une ampoule avait sauté, les toilettes étaient sales… j’ai eu beau appeler le numéro de portable de la personne, et passer par le service booking, je n’ai jamais été rappelé. Dommage car le séjour était parfait. Il manque aussi des tables de nuit dans la seconde chambre c’est dommage. La chasse d’eau est aussi cassée.

Warten auf den Zugang

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Das Apartment war sauber und gemütlich.

Laut Booking sollte jemand vor Ort warten. Trotz Mitteilung der Ankunftszeit auch auf AB der Agentur war niemand da. Nach einigen Telefonat würde der Schlüsselcode übersandt. Warum nicht gleich nach Bezahlung? Auch bei Abreise niemand da. Agentur ist wohl nicht so gut. Zum Glück lief alles glatt. Hier besteht Verbesserungsbedarf bzgl. der Kommunikation.
