About this house rental
Casa Giberta is a typical country house located on the hill above Chiavari coastal town and overlooking the sea. Precisely placed in the hamlet of Sanguineto, in the municipality of Chiavari and it is easily reachable from the motorway exit (Chiavari exit), from which it is about 3 km away.
Ideal accommodation for families or small groups, also offering the opportunity for hillwalks and outdoor activities.
The house outside still keeps a country set with its private terraced and flowery garden and olive groves and orchards all around the property
The inside of the house is arranged in a cozy, countryside style respecting the local traditions.
It offers a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, one living room, one spacious double bedroom, one extra bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom with shower and toilet. A sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed for a child or teenager. Outside the house the guests can enjoyed a wide trellied space for relaxation, with shadow from the greenery around and an enchanting sea view. It is also arranged with a big dining table, chairs, longchairs and barbeque. A smaller patio at the back of the house, still furnished with table and chairs, completes this proprerty.
Indipendent heating with hot water, electricity, washing machine, air conditioning system and wifi are available free of charge.
A private, climbing, access road leads to a private parking which can accommodate 2 large cars. A staircase from the parking lot brings to the main entrance of the house. Car recommended to reach the house and easily move around, although the local train coastal service is very convenient for excursions. Bus service from the main road into Chiavari town is also available, with a stop very close to the house, although not very frequent during the day. Ligurian cooking courses are offered to guests upon request, as is a visit to the old oil mill located on the floor below the house, with oil and wine tasting.
