Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding from booking to check-in to on-site service. Management team is extremely responsive. Beeping smoke detector battery was changed immediately, refrigerator issues were addressed immediately (it would have been helpful to know it takes 24 hours for refrigerator to cool down --we would have delayed our grocery shopping for the week). The condo is beautiful in every way (decor, views, etc.).

We absolutely hit the jackpot with this ground level condo. I was nervous about selecting ground level but worked out fantastic. The check in process was easy and clear, the condo was updated with a few minor repairs needed in the bathroom but overall clean and comfortable. The views were out of this world and the condo complex was very well maintained, secure and easy to get around with our access badges. Linda on the security team was super friendly And helped us out throughout the stay. She was kind and offered up some suggestions. Amber from the property management was kind and checked in throughout the week with helpful updates for garbage days and checkout We will book again. Outstanding week in paradise as we celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was just as it looked in the pictures : BEAUTIFUL ! The views were spectacular . Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the ocean and we watched a group of dolphins from our patio one morning. Overall it was a wonderful trip .

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit. Not ready when we arrived. All 3 showers were not working. Management responded but plumber was not aware of problem when he arrived. They should have sent maintenance manager too. So, I was responsible for overseeing. TV remote in master was strange and not very usable. We did not have showers the first 2 and a half days. They should have refunded some of the high cost of this unit.
