DETAILS: Located just steps from the beautiful beaches in Rosemary, Mozell Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home that sleeps 10 guests. With white stucco, a private pool, carriage house, and over 800 square feet of outdoor space, there is plenty of privacy and space to sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, modern and sophisticated artwork fill every room for a coastal, elegant feel. The first floor has access to the courtyard and pool, leading into 3 guest rooms. The first is a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and soaking tub. The other 2 both feature queen beds and private bathrooms.
The second floor is the home's main level and features an open kitchen and living room, tied together by plenty of natural light that shines from the porch and 2 swanky light fixtures over the dining table and living area. The chef's kitchen has premium, stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island with marble countertops, and seating for 12 at the bar and dining table. French doors open up to a sprawling balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, providing soft sunlight and a bed-swing for the perfect spot to read a book or sip coffee in the morning. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and seating area with a private bathroom.

Amazing house and amazing location. Microwave went out and they handled asap. Hope they upgrade utensils and cooking items, but otherwise the place and location is top notch !

This home was perfect for our group. The ones with a child stayed upstairs and us on the first level weren't effected by toddler noises at night

The house was as pictured, but very worn in some areas. Cleanliness could have been a little more detailed (dust on headboard, mold in dishwasher). The layout was not ideal for 2 families and there was a real lack of storage space to unpack in the downstairs bedrooms (no dressers, minimal to no counter space in bathrooms). The location is fantastic and the pool was very well maintained. Management was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when the internet was not working. The bikes provided were great quality.
