Enjoy Gulf views from this gracious family vacation home. Bella Cottage's intelligent architectural design features multiple balconies and window lookouts on all levels. The exterior is painted in green earth tones that blend in with the native flora of Rosemary Beach.
Inside, each room is filled with natural light. The decor features a blend of natural fibers, warm woods, and stone. The large, professionally equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and polished stone countertops for family snacks or evening drinks. Another wonderful family gathering spot is the long dining table under a simple, rustic chandelier.
One of the home’s most magical rooms is the children’s bedroom with four built-in twin beds tucked away at the top of the cottage under an arched ceiling. Glass French doors lead out onto a private balcony. Each of the other bedrooms holds a private bath.

Located steps from the Barbados Pool and a short walk for the white sands of the Rosemary Beach coastline.

We stayed at Bella Cottage in 2020 and it looks as good as it did 5 years ago! Loved the upgraded Samsung Frame tv’s in almost every room. The location is perfect, walking distance to Rosemary and Peddlers. Our kids love the bunk room! Having access to a garage is great, and love the pool/hot tub.

The Bella Cottage is a wonderful oasis at the beach. Beautifully appointed and close to everything. Bunk room on 3rd floor sleeps 6 and was perfect for the kids. Even had its own living room and TV! Kitchen had everything you’d need and the gas grill off the dining room worked well. Private pool and spa was a definite bonus. The 30A management team was responsive and communicated well. We will certainly return.

Overall, I’d give the property a three – 3 1/2 star rating. The pictures provided online looked great, but once in the property did not match. Furniture was missing, stove three burners weren’t working. Multiple shower doors didn’t close. But did have plenty of towels and toilet trees provided. Walk-in showers were missing tile grout, drain cover was unscrewed, calcium buildup in the corners. Would not pay a premium to be that close again if the pictures of the actual property had been uploaded online. But overall location was great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen overall was missing half of the pots and pans utensils. No shades on upper windows on third floor or the door providing sunlight at 5:45 in the morning blazing heat in the afternoon. Ended up having to buy a sheet and additional pillows to cover the windows as best we could.
