The home was perfectly located and easily walkable and rideable to the Rosemary Square and beach area. We loved the 3rd floor balcony. It is located next to a Starbucks and a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was so nice to have bicycles available, so that we did not have to rent separately. Our only issue, and it has nothing to do with the house, but possibly they can discuss with the restaurant is that they put out a speaker between 4pm to 10pm in the green area, and the noise does infiltrate into the home.
