3 min walk to the best beach St Malo, House, large garden, High Standards

Totally ok!!

On arrival we were met by Nadine who was very helpful during our stay and that was a good thing as there was a lot to address! There was a general air of neglect about the place, garden overgrown and untidy, unusable garden chairs, a garden table with a peeling rusty edge (hazardous to children), BBQ area left in an awful state and washing still on the line (and around the garden) presumably from previous occupants. The kitchen is appalling with a refrigerator door that doesn't close properly, ill fitting kitchen units, bins with broken fitments and spilled food left in the cupboards. A collection of mostly ancient utensils, far too many, cluttered up the kitchen drawers. A hotchpotch of crockery and glasses completed the impression that no one cares what that impression is. The sitting room contained an old sofa and one arm chair covered with an old duvet cover which I washed as it looked in need of it and certainly not sufficient seating for eight adults. Nadine supplied another sofa three days later when requested. The ensuite shower was broken and we had to request that to be fixed..... another few days wait and when we went to use the vacuum cleaner found it to contain exposed wires on the electric plug! We were so disappointed to be presented with such a second rate house in what is the lovely area of Rotheneuf with its beautiful scenery and beaches. I had read the reviews of this property apparently by previous occupants and hope that my comments will give a fuller picture to any future holiday makers.

Nice little house with garden and good infrastructure. With two families (10 people) the house was at it's limits (seating and sleeping places).

Maison bien située, spacieuse et dans un lotissement calme. Proche plages . Pour que ce soit parfait améliorer la literie. On a été gâté par le beau temps. On reviendra.

Très agréable. Propre . Un jardin sécurisé pour leS chiens.

La maison est très spacieuse, bien située, très complète au niveau des équipements. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer les propriétaires mais nous les remercions pour leur confiance. Nous reviendrons vers eux à coup sur et recommandons ce bien !!!
