Scammers - stay away

If I can give this property a negative, I would.

Stay away from booking this place to avoid headaches and regrets. It was impossible to get a hold of the property owner. They do not respond to messages via booking.com. Not even through the number provided. We were not able to stay as we cannot get hold of anyone. You think you will be saving money booking this place. But no, I am telling you. These are bunch of greedy people. You have been warned

Comfortable accommodation in convenient location

Great location only 10 minutes walk into town. Good car parking. Very clean and well maintained. Good kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable

Stay was fine.

Its veryclean and the host is very kind. She took care of everything before we arrive.

We have to wait for sometime near the property to collect the keys. It was difficult to find the propery as there are no direction boards near the building. The hot water is an issue. Only first person got the hot water, remaining members couldnot get the hotwater. Eventhought the water heater is on, I am not sure why I didnot get. May be they should use better heater.

I dont recommend this place !! No hot water in the shower !! Cheap Furniture bad mattress ( not enough pillows and blankets) No AC !! no ventilation fan to help move the hot air ! I try to communicate with the owner- after 5pm No answer... No soaps and shampoo - cheap towels . Lights come in from the window in the morning ( no curtains ) Street and road noise

The view is what makes this apartment.

Overall the feel of the apartment is good, though the sofa which is hard is below the TV, the bed in the front room was not very comfortable, the bed quilts were incorrect size for the beds and it would have been nice to have a toaster. Oh and no extractor fan in the kitchen.

Königssee is a good place to stay for a long time

facilities are good, kitchen is clean and everything else you could take from it. bedroom is large and we quite like smart TV

Very good

The property is very well located for a visit to the Berchtesgaden area. It is well-equipped with a lovely rain shower and everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. The property was easy to find and having parking was great.

As in other reviews, the beds weren't the most comfortable. The living room was definitely more comfortable than the bedroom. For one night it was ok. Maybe a memory foam topper would help?

we had great difficulty finding it. our gps did not take us to the location. there was no name on the building. the host met and took us to the apartment. He was helpful.

Big studio, everything new, great views to the mountains.

Very nice apartment and location, would love to stay again.

Extremely friendly and easy to deal with owner, room was spotlessly clean, nice view from balcony, peaceful atmosphere, easy to find and park, comfortable bed and spacious room for two people.

The ONLY thing we didnt like thays not a big deal at all, the toilet lid or seat would not stay in the up position because of the way the rear tank was installed. Again, not a huge problem.

Centraal gelegen, schoon appartement

Prima locatie. 10 minuutjes wandelen van het oude centrum. Auto kun je voor de deur parkeren. Grote supermarkt op 3 minuten rijden. Prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten. Een heel appartement. Heel netjes onderhouden en schoon. Ietwat gedateerd, maar zeker niet hinderlijk. Bedden lagen prima.

Het was alleen lastig om de verhuurder te pakken te krijgen voor het betalen van de toeristenbelasting. Gelukkig zijn het heel aardige en hardwerkende mensen en ze doen echt hun best om het je naar de zin te maken. En uiteindelijk kwam alles goed.

Ferienwohnung mit Größeren Einschränkungen

Die Aussicht,sowie die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in Bayern. Der Königsee,das Salzbergwerk mit Führung,die Altstadt von Berchtesgaden war urgemütlich.Das Wetter war sehr sehr gut.

Das die Frau bei der Anreise 1,5stun den gebraut hat um die Ferienwohnung aufzuschließen,das die die kalten Getränke Wasser ,Bier,Saft bei unserer Ankunft aus dem Kühlschrank genommen hat und mitgenommen hat.Wir hatten eine 10 Stündige Anreise und hätten gerne ein Glas Wasser getrunken. Defekt an der Kühlschranktür innen war ich nicht schön zwei der Nachttischlampen im Wohnschlaf bereich waren defekt.die Schlafkissen waren viel zu klein und daher sehr unbequem beim schlafen.1,5 Rolle Toilettenpapier war wenig.Das Geschirr Kaffetassen mit Aufdruck Glühwein war schon sehr verbraucht.Der Balkon war sehr klein und der Holzlack der Holzstühle und des Holztisches blätterten ab.Die Markise ließ sich nicht ausfahren da die Reben der Weintrauben in die Markise reinwucks.Die Ferienwohnung machte von Außen und im Balkon Bereich einen sehr abgelebten Eindruck.Die Blumenkästen auf dem Balkonwaren mit Draht fixiert,was gefährlich ist.. Für mich kommt diese Ferienwohnung nicht mehr infrage,was gerade wegen der traumhaften Aussicht schade ist.Sehr lauter Verkehrslärm sowie Baustellen lärm mit ständige Bagger Arbeiten.

Nie wieder !

Die Aussicht war zwar schön, die konnte man aber leider nur von draußen genießen, denn der Rollladen im zweiten Schlafzimmer, von dem man die Aussicht hat, ist defekt! Die Wohnung war sauber Der Herr von der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr nett

Es ist kein Wohnzimmer vorhanden, der kleine Esstisch und das Sofa befinden, sich mit im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Kleine Wohnung, nichts für Familien! Sehr unbequeme Matratzen, die Kopfkissen sind sehr klein. Der Kleiderschrank ist überfüllt mit privaten Winterjacken und vollen Tüten. Man sollte hier wirklich alles selbst mitbringen, sowas erleben wir, wir reisen wirklich sehr viel, zum aller ersten Mal! Absolut überteuert! Kinder unter einem Jahr werden hier zur Kasse herangezogen! Mit einem Hotel wären wir hier günstiger bedient gewesen und obendrein hätte man einen Room Service gehabt… Obwohl man telefonisch bereits mitteilte, dass man mit Kindern kommt, wurde man erst bei später Ankunft zur erneuten Kasse gebeten, am Telefon kein Wort davon! Spülung der Toilette defekt, mussten wir selbst reparieren ! Eine Waschmaschine ist zwar vorhanden, aber leider kein Wäscheständer .. Der Kühlschrank ist belegt mit der Minibar, die genauso überteuert ist ! Eine Rechnung für die gezahlte Leistung hat man leider trotz Nachfrage nicht erhalten !!!
