About this apartment rental
Nice that you have found us!
Our house dates from the 16th. Century and is very central, yet quietly located in the absolutely lovely medieval town Gmund. You can reach the Kirchgasse through the so-called 'Maltator', an old city gate that may only be used by residents and visitors. We pass by a vinotheque where you can enjoy a glass of wine on Thursdays in the summer and at one of the gmündner cafes for cozy coffee breaks. Our house is in the Kirchgasse, a dead end without through traffic.
From here you can walk to the bakery for your fresh Semmerl, which you can enjoy in good weather in the adjacent GARDEN. Also shops, pharmacy, doctor and all cultural sites, galleries, exhibitions are within walking distance in 2 minutes.
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of our 2007 completely restored house. So the apartment is easily accessible for people with disabilities.
In the apartment itself there are no obstacles, such as doorsteps. You reach the apartment through a vaulted passage with pointed caps.
From there you go to the VORRAUM with cloakroom and the cozy bathroom with shower and toilet.
Continue into the spacious living room, with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and a bedroom.
The kitchen is very well equipped.
From the kitchen you come into the spacious BEDROOM BEDROOM with atmospheric light.
Our Ferienwohung is warmed up with pellets by means of floor and wall heating. The solar system can be used from spring to autumn as additional heating for the hot water.
Car and co .: You can park in the Kirchgasse, there are public parking spaces.
