About this apartment rental
Our small but charming vacation rental is approximately 50 square meters in size.
It consists of a kitchen-living room, which is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, coffee maker, bread maker, and toaster. The large, comfortable dining area right next to it is perfect for enjoying dinner together and relaxing.
In the living room, you’ll find a new TV with satellite connection as well as a radio with a CD player. The pull-out couch can easily be converted into a fifth sleeping space.
In the bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with bunk beds, you and your family can recharge your batteries for your vacation activities and relax. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a great view of the surrounding mountains. The seating area invites you to browse through brochures about the region’s many attractions.
We have a large garden with seating and lounge furniture where you can relax. In the summer, you’ll find an ideal, shady spot under our large cherry tree for a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue in the evening. Your children can let off steam at our on-site playground with a swing and slide and express their creativity on the chalkboard provided.
Our house is situated in a very quiet location in the center of the idyllic village of Treffling (850 m above sea level). Not far from us are several inns and Sommeregg Castle, where medieval jousting tournaments take place in the summer. The high plateau of Lake Millstatt is known for its wonderful hiking and biking opportunities. Our vacation rental is the ideal starting point for long hikes and walks to enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Millstatt.
It’s just a 5-minute drive to the lake. In addition, we provide you with the Millstättersee Inclusive Card, which allows you to visit the region’s outdoor and indoor swimming pools as well as selected museums free of charge. You can also drive on the surrounding toll roads, use the beach and hiking bus, and cross the lake with the Millstättersee boat service.
Our vacation rental costs 85€/day; plus electricity, visitor’s tax, and final cleaning (€50).
