The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to everything. The host was welcoming and made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again!

i liked the look of the house and once we went inside it looked like a millionare mansion.the house was very clean. the house looked like new! in the kitchen there was every-thing we needed.

the tv was slow and irritatating, how-ever it has got paid netflix account available

Great for a ski vacation

The host were very helpful all the time. They recommended us nearby places to explore, and when the ski slopes were closed, they let us their sled. Additionally, their son is a ski instructor, so next time we'll hire him directly for some extra classes.

The living room sofa was difficult to open/close.

Convenient, clean and comfortable with friendly hosts.

This is a new purpose built property with undercover parking and small patio area for enjoying the fresh outside air. Kate and Roger live just next door and welcomed us and also saw us off when we handed the keys over - both very friendly and informative. In a quiet street away from traffic, all very clean and well presented. Has a dishwasher and amenities for proper recycling.

Overall there were no big concerns. We didn't get to use the patio due to the weather but it was a bit small. If you are looking for walking distance to a restaurant this is not great, the take away pizza nearby was good though.

Clean and comfortable apartment near Spittal

Friendly host and very convenient check-in and check-out. Comfortable and clean apartment that had everything we needed for our family of 3. In a quiet location just a short drive to Spittal. Thanks for everything, Kate!

Great appartment in beautiful Carinthia.

Hosts are very friendly and open people, they were helpful and give us lot of advice all the time. Apartment is large, bright and equipments fully cover our needs. Good quality and taste. Near the road but it is not any inconvience, very calm and quiet area. Parking place next to door. Nice garden with flowers and rock as well as view of mountains.

Small 'main' bathroom, second one is much bigger but accessible via slpeeping room only.

Toto ubytování považuji za vhodné ke krátkodobému i dloudobějšímu pobytu.

Příjemný pan majitel, velmi ochotný, dominoval pocit, že jsme vítáni, i když jsme měli kvůli uzavírkám mírné zpoždění na příjezdu. Dostali jsme hezký, čistý, plně vybavený apartmen se samostatným vchodem, , doporučuji.

Dům se trochu hůře hledá.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang im Obergeschoss. Moderne Dusche/Bad. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Seeboden / Spittal an der Drau. Kärnten Card empfehlenswert. Gastgeber sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Die Nähe zur Autobahn konnte man hören, aber das störte nicht sehr ...

Wir haben mit unserer 8 Monate altem Kind einen Schlafplatz auf halber Urlaubsstrecke gesucht, welcher in Autobahnnähe ist und hier gefunden. Alles tip top, modern, freundlich. Wir konnten um 07:00 morgens ohne persönlicher Übergabe auschecken - super unkompliziert! Wir werden für weitere Urlaube wieder kommen!

Einziges Manko war das unglaublich laute Bett, das Kind in der Mitte wurde mehrmals wach bei einer Drehung meinerseits.
