Noisy place

The owner is very friendly, helped to find free parking not far from the apartment.

1. Drinks, snacks, sweets are for sale inside the apartment, as if you are walking through the market. This bazaar style is not to everyone's taste. 2. The host does not provide a "Spittal Guest Card", which can be used to receive discounts at local attractions, but charges a city tax and requires passport details. 3. The windows of all bedrooms in the apartment face the main street with incessant traffic all night. However, there is always a choice: silence or oxygen if you close the windows and blinds. Another option is to sleep on the sofa in the living room, which overlooks the courtyard, however, there is also a problem here: there is a restaurant in the courtyard and people laugh there until midnight. Penthouse, roof, during heavy rain, the noise level from the drops drum reaches the level when you need to insert earplugs in your ears. All this is not funny, especially after I contacted the property in a message and asked about the noise level. The owner assured me that the apartment is very quiet.

Exceptional

The apartment is really nice and cozy, and the hosts extremely helpful. Free parking lot is a ten-minute walk from the apartment and it wasn't a problem with older children.

Amazing stay, will visit again!

The location was perfect. It had enough room to live in. We were with 4 people and we even could lay on the couch with all of us. There is airco, which was needed. And enough food & drinks if you need anything. The owner was very helpful and kind. She recommended some restaurants, which also were delicious. All and all a perfect stay!

Nothing was wrong. The only downside is that, because you're in the middle of the city, on the main street, you will hear some traffic and you need to park a bit further away for a free parking spot. But that's normal, if you are in the middle of the city 😊

Es wurde an ALLES gedacht. Egal, was man wollte, es war da bzw. wäre da gewesen, wenn man es gebraucht hätte. Essen, trinken, Acc., Badartikel, usw!!!!!!

Zeer groot appartement middenin de stad met (bijna) alles aanwezig.

Zeer groot appartement met alles aanwezig! Ook voldoende pannen, borden, bestek etc. Afwasmachine, oven etc, alles is er! En heel veel ruimte voor appartement in de stad. Erg goede prijs kwaliteit!!!

Lastig parkeren, maar kreeg meteen goede tip van de host. Wasmachine zou heel fijn zijn als deze er nog bij zou zijn.

Wunderschöner Zwischenstop, leider viel zu kurz.....

Die Lage ist einfach PERFEKT. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Top Ausblick. Der Mittelstätter See ein absolutes MUSS. Die Vermieterin der absolute Hammer . Sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Sie war sofort zur Stelle als wir ihre Hilfe brauchten.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung in der Nähe von Schloss Porcia

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert mit vielen schönen Bildern an den Wänden, verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, einer offenen Küche, genug Geschirr und Besteck. Es gibt auch viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Beleuchtung am Abend. Es hat mir gut gefallen, dass es sogar Bücher und Spielzeug für unser Kind gab. Wenn man am Anreisetag nicht hätte einkaufen gehen können, hätte man auch auf die Notfallkörbchen in Küche und Bad zurückgreifen können. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Schloss Porcia mit dem wunderschönen Stadtpark dahinter ist einmalig. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Einkaufscenter und man kommt auch ohne Auto mit Bus oder Bahn gut herum. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommed und gut zu erreichen.

Ich habe nichts Negatives festgestellt.

Top Lage, tolle Größe, alles da.

Alles da - inkl. allem, was man vergessen haben könnte. Auch Toilettartikel - alles zu einem äußerst fairen Preis! Die Klimaanlage ist das TÜPFELCHEN auf dem I!

Die Schlafzimmer liegen an der Straßenseite & die Straße ist leider wirklich sehr laut. Bei offenem Fenster kann man so auf keinen Fall schlafen.
