About this apartment rental
No matter if you return to the spacious, modern and comfortably furnished apartment from an exhausting session, a trade fair or a shopping trip, here you will be able to relax.
Numerous restaurants with international cuisine, cozy breakfast cafes and shops are almost on the doorstep. However, you will have quiet nights in the large double bed or on the sofa bed comfortable, because the quiet location in the rear building makes the noise of the city disappear.
In the functional style, and yet cozy kitchen you can prepare and enjoy their meals. Kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, even coffee, tea, spices, vinegar and oil are available for you.
The living area: living and sleeping areas are separated by a Parravent each other so that you can on the modern sofa or the cozy leather armchair with a tasty drink with a good book, your favorite show on TV or your music (cable TV and music system available) relax.
A spacious walk-in closet taking your clothes and suitcases, and 'be at home' reinforces the illusion of, because everything has its place, nothing needs to be in the way or lie down.
The sleeping area: The large double bed is me new quality mattresses and slatted back-friendly features. Small lamps on the bedside tables allow yet to read a few lines before falling asleep. The new down comforters and pillows they are snuggled toasty escort in their dreams. If you have programmed the alarm clock on the sound system in the living room, you will be sure awakened in time to experience a new day in the bustling Berlin.
If more than 2 people sleep, the cozy corner sofa in the living area with only two handles becomes a double bed 140 x 200cm. Again, it can be easily spend the night. On the day of blankets and pillows disappear in the large bed box.
However, I point out that the apartment (one week or more) may be too small for more than two people for longer stays.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely, quite large, second floor apartment. Good access to public transport which takes about 10 mins to main attractions. That said we loved the immediate area, cafe Enrico and restaurant Doree a minutes walk away and both fantastic.
The bathroom is a retro plastic cubicle but is functional and the shower was good pressure and constant temperature. Comfortable, large bed, and a nice seating area near tv. A small kitchen, however we didn’t do any cooking, just used for a couple of takeaways. The apartment was always war and comfortable.
Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Gemütliches und ruhiges Apartement ( trotz sehr befahrener Hauptsstraße, da Hinterhauslage. ) Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Zentrale Ausgangslage. Guter Anschluss zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Penny Markt direkt gegenüber.

Trotz Lage an einer Verkehrstrasse sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen. Das Bad sollte in die Internet-Präsentation aufgenommen werden.

L'appartement est bien situé par rapport aux transports et aux commerces. Il est frais l'été et calme. L'équipement est de qualité.
La propriétaire est disponible en cas de besoin.
Berlin est une ville éclectique qui mérite vraiment d'y revenir.
