About this apartment rental
Wellness and relax. Our comfortably and completely furnished holiday apartment is located in an exposed, peaceful city location only 5 minutes away from the Kurfürstendamm by foot. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. For your children, there is a free crib. The living room is light and tastefully furnished, with TV and stereo system. The apartment also has a lot of storage room for clothes and luggage. The kitchen is completely equipped as well, with a dishwasher ofcourse, stunningly ideal for self-caterers. Additionally, there is a separate dining restaurant. The bathroom is tiled and has a bathtub. Furthermore, a sunny terrace and a garden invite you to relax and sunbathe. Our guests have internet access (wlan) available. Long-term tenants can use the communal sauna for a fee. You can park your car near the house free of charge.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine 4-köpfige Familie oder 2 Paare (2 Doppelbetten). Im Wohnzimmer wäre auch genug Platz für ein Baby-Reisebett. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausgezeichnet - alles was man braucht. Die Lage fantastisch: ruhiger geht es in der Großstadt kaum - trotz Fenster zur Straße. Im Innenhofbereich findet sich genügend Platz, um Fahrräder zu parken. Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (11, 13) die Berliner Innenstadt per Fahrrad erkundet, was hervorragend klappte.
Minimale Abstriche gibt es allein für das Badezimmer, weil das Duschen in der Badewanne trotz Vorhang immer eine kleine Überschwemmung verursachte.

Wie in den Vorbewertungen können wir nur bestätigen, dass dies eine tolle Wohnung und eine super Alternative zum Hotel, insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern, für einen Berlinaufenthalt ist. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß auch zum Spielen für Kinder, ist sauber und sehr zentral (500m zum Kudamm und U-Bahn). Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Für einen nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt kommen wir sicher wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Die Lge in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und trotzdem zentral ist erstklassig. U-Bahn, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in 300m erreichbar.
Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen Freisitz. Er ist ideal fürs Frühstück und ebenso für das abendliche Glas Wein. Die E-Mail Kontakte liefen sehr zügig und freundlich. Die Wohnungsübergabe klappte perfekt. Wir hoffen, dass wir die Wohnung im nächsten Jahr wieder nutzen dürfen.
