Nothing, it wasn’t a hotel, it is a motel, literally in the entrance you can see it is a motel (love suites). It isn’t family friendly at all.

It looks good in Booking.com BUT NOT family friendly as they advertise. This is not “Family friendly “ “Children are welcome “ place as they say on the add. The 5 minutes I stayed I saw the place being more for party loud at your room. location is nice.

It was close to where I wanted to go. My breakfast at the restaurant was very good. There was everything I could need for washing up. The room was nice looking.
There was no internet my first two days, there was pee on the toilet seat, the room I was supposed to have was not ready so they gave me another, they kept phoning me asking if I was checking out and I had to keep telling them that I had paid for 5 nights, there was no ice machines on the floors or any kind of vending machines anywhere that I saw, they said that they couldn’t call a taxi for me and I had to go outside and hail one down which took a while, the pillows were really lumpy, there was no fridge in the room, there was no closet or dresser to put my clothes.

La Limpieza esta muy mal, encuentras manchas de fluidos en las sábanas y colchas y eso sin contar la poca limpia qué hay detrás de las cabeceras.
Al igual hay tarjetas y puertas que no sirven y pues esta pésimo ya que luego habré la puerta queriendo hacer limpieza y uno está adentro

Si tienen la oportunidad de venir a este hotel CORRAN...
Todo fue horrible desde que llegamos no tenían habitaciones disponibles y habíamos hecho la reserva por Booking, salíamos al aeropuerto a las 3:30am, solo queríamos dormir un poco y nos entregaron la habitación como 12:40am, fuimos al bar a tomar algo mientras nos entregaban y el bartender Gabriel o Daniel (porque hasta eso le costó trabajo responder) fue grosero desde que le pedimos parecía que no podía hablar, le preguntamos por unas bebidas y sólo las señaló, hasta que mi esposo le dijo que si no quería atendernos o no tenía servicio lo dijera, pero qué no tenía que ser grosero, levantó la voz diciendo pues así es mi cara y no estoy siendo grosero, tengo otros pedidos, en fin.
Cuando llegamos a la habitación parecía que nos habían dado el cuarto de servicio, apenas cabía la cama, los cristales de la regadera sucios, las paredes sucias, había una mesa y un tipo mini sillón que no dejaba pasar a un lado de la cama.
Pedí una plancha me cobraron por ella y cuando llame para que la subieran me dijeron que no había, les pedí el reembolso y no me lo dieron, también llamé para decirles de la habitación que no fue por la que los habían cobrado y su respuesta fue ¡Es la única habitación que tenemos disponible!
El baño estaba muy muy feo, las paredes parecían de baño público embarradas y chorreadas, la regadera los cristales sucios, cómo si acabarán de usarla y solo trataron de pasar un trapo, el piso estaba muy resbalóloso.
Nos salimos de la habitación en cuánto vimos todo ésto, les dije que estaba bastante sucio, que no fue lo que pedimos y que me hicieran un reembolso porque no nos íbamos a quedar y claro dijeron que no.
La verdad no quisimos discutir más, estábamos cansados y solo queríamos dormir un poco.
Y claro que nunca volveremos, nos sentimos robados, engañados por falsa publicidad y bastante decepcionados.

No es un hotel es un Love hotel (motel). Decía que el desayuno estaba incluido cuando hicimos el check out a las 12 del mediodía nos dijeron que ya había terminado el desayuno, ya que nos habíamos ido mandaron un mensaje diciendo que el desayuno se servía hasta la 1:30. Solicité factura y me comentaron que me la enviarían al día siguiente pero no fue así.
El colchón estaba muy viejo, vencido, lleno de chipotes y muy incómodo. Las almohadas también dejaban mucho que desear. Fue imposible utilizarlas.

La seguridad de las habitaciones, cama muy cómoda, en poco espacio todo muy versátil y moderno, la ubicación fue excelente ya que a solo unas cuadras estaba el teatro Independencia al que asistimos a un concierto de Eric Ventura
Al llegar en uber hay unos escalones que no se ven son parte de la banqueta y casi cae la llanta delantera derecha,, se ve que ya han caído en varias ocaciones y también más señalizacion para los peatones.

El letrero dice loves suites, pero las recamaras distan de lo que es el amor , pensé que era un lugar ideal para pasar con mi esposa, pero fue incómodo porque para mí debería ser un lugar que sea cómodo que uno se sienta bien sin que a la a pareja le sea ofensivo, dista de lo que es el amor en pareja (esposos)

Es un hotel de paso
Estaba limpio pero paredes sucias, no me gustó que no indique que es un hotel de paso lo que hace que haya mucho ruidos por entradas y salidas constantemente, dos veces empezaba a sonar música a todo volumen en la habitación.
