Better for short stays, arrive early if you want a place to park

The location is good for where I was going, the bed was really comfortable and it was pet friendly and had a pretty good gym. Good kitchen utensils as well.

My aunt made a reservation for the same days, we arrived late to our check in, like 9pm, her room was not clean, they told her they were not going to charge her for that night and then they took it back. They only have a remote front desk and their response time is not efficient, it will take over an hour or more to get a response. There was a horrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, they went to fix it but came back 2 days later. The front desk staff is not equipped to make any decisions and have zero training when it comes to earthquake protocols. We experienced an earthquake while being there, they never provided feedback if it was safe to go back to our rooms. The sofa-bed needs to be replaced you will sit in the structure, no patting.

Please don't call that a 2 bedroom apartment. That couch is the most uncomfortable thing even to sit on it. Forget about sleeping on it for several nights. I wouldn't call that a sofa bed, it's worse that a futon.

The place was dirty. We were received by a dirty room that wasn’t clean. The bed was dirty and smelled like sweat. It looked like the bed was used for a quickie. The kitchen was dirty as well. The kitchen had a opened package of ham with a few pieces of ham.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a great south‑CDMX location, but limited housekeeping, tight parking, and noisy stree

This is an apartment‑style property, so there is no daily housekeeping, but the apartment itself is very spacious, modern, and beautiful. The location is extremely convenient for activities in the south of Mexico City. The units that face the interior courtyard are quiet and cozy, and overall the place feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Communication with the administration via WhatsApp is very friendly and efficient, and both check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy.

Housekeeping and change of bed linen and towels are only offered every eight days, which also creates a bit of a challenge for taking out the trash. Only one person is on site to attend to the whole building and there is no café or restaurant in the property. Parking is small, so there is not always enough space for all the cars, and the apartments facing the street are extremely noisy, making it hard to rest.

Terrible place

Room is great, location is good, noise levels at night are low.

So many things, first of all, I had to move on my second day there as the room was dirty, the kitchen was a disaster, the shower did not have enough pressure, the couch was dirty and it was most uncomfortable couch ever. The microwave was dirty, the room is noisy at night, the supervisor or manager was helpful at the beginning of my issues, they “upgraded” me, however after that she ignored me. Alejandra ignored my messages, she provided me with her number so I can keep in touch if any more issues, (she offered) then she ignored all. One of the security guards (skinny, older) was the rudest person ever, bad mood, bothered when asked to open the garage, opposite to the younger one, friendly and very helpful. The room is not worth the money you pay. The floor is old, the bathroom stinks everyday, the air conditioning is loud if you need it on, there were parties every single weekend I was there, marihuana smell twice, codes for the door kept crashing down, so had to call 4 times. Garage was full if you arrive at 10pm or after, one night there were 2 cars, windows opened, visitors and I had to leave my new car on the street. There is also works going on behind my room, so if you wanted to take a nap during the day, impossible. I will never stay here and will not recommend. Definitely too expensive for what it is. I will compare it to a 3 star motel.

Welcoming stay in CDMX

The room was cozy and extremely clean. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to have a clean space to go back to and also the staff was super friendly and always at our disposal with any questions or requests we had. Overall a wonderful experience and the terrace was one of the highlights of our stay. The gym is nice and it has everything one could ask in a holiday.

Since we had the room that overlooked the street it got very very loud at night and the notice starts again with the morning rush. Also a thing to keep in mind is that it's not very private so if you want to open the window door there is a high chance that people can look into your room.

El personal de la recepción es muy amable y te reciben a cualquier hora ya que están ahí 24/7, el lugar increíble y muy limpio con todo lo necesario para tu estancia ya sea solo o con acompañante.

Estaría increíble que el check-in no fuera tan tarde, la chapa es un poco confusa de usar especialmente al momento de dejar el lugar.

Los espacios interiores del departamento son muy amplios y muy ventilados. El acceso, el servicio y el que cuente con estacionamiento está fabuloso. La terraza es para disfrutarse y desayunar.

Le hace falta aire acondicionado!!! Para Frío y para calor. En verano un horno, ponen ventilador pero no es suficiente o hay humidificador pero es un monstruo que hace demasiado ruido. En invierno hace mucho frío porque son ventanales grandes. Los departamentos que su recámara dan a la calle se debe de aislar del ruido.

El lugar es bonito

El baño tenía un olor , la señora q limpió no nos dijo q dejó la tajea abierta y así estuvo todo el tiempo oliendo feo, las sábanas no las cambio , y obvio tampoco las fundas de las almohadas , llegamos a las 5 y tuvimos q medio limpiara el departamento , el piso sucio y el baño lo limpió en 5 min , pero la verdad llegamos muy cansados con ganas de privacidad , así q ya no dijimos nada pero obvio lo dejo medio limpió , por la noche en la habitación se sentía calor , y no se a quien se le ocurrió dejar ahí un ventilador terrible , que no tuve que elegir si sentir calor o dormir , por qué hacía un escándalo terrible , así q preferí dormir en silencio aunq si acalorada , creo q se merece el lugar un muy buen ventilador silencioso , el sillón de la sala es muy incómodo , se sienten las tablas , no se quien administra el lugar , pero creo q comprar un lugar y dejar q alguien lo administre , y recibir el dinero es fácil , parte de la gentrificación … por cierto en la noche llegamos cansados y vimos lo de las sábanas , y nos llevaron unas limpias , las cambiamos y bueno , no la pasamos bien , aunq el lugar es bonito , una administración adecuada sería lo ideal

Estaba Justo a 3 minutos de mi evento

Que el check in es demasiado tarde, solicité llegar antes de las 4 porque mi evento era a las 5 y aun tenía que arreglarme y me dijeron que llegara después de las 4 lo que ocasionó que llegara tarde a mi evento. El código de acceso original no funcionaba y fue incómodo pedir al personal ayuda a cada rato. El piso del departamento estaba sucio, andaba en calcetines blancos y terminaron súper sucios de solo andar en el departamento. Mucho ruido de la calle, no hay buena cancelación de ruido y pude dormir hasta las 3am por el ruido de la calle.

El ruido infernal y la falta de empatia a la hora de solicitar un cambio de habitación. La respuesta fue "no tenemos ninguna suite interior disponible" y en el estacionamiento éramos 3 coches. Pregunté al personal de seguridad si estaba lleno, a lo cual me dijo que al contrario.

La limpieza del departamento.

1- Estuvé en una habitación que dá a la calle, en un 2do piso; si tu objetivo es descansar o "asomarte" por el balcón, definitivamente ésta no es la opción. Al ser una avenida importante, a toda hora hay movimiento de autos, motos y camiones. Realmente no pude dormir de corrido, el ruido hace que no descanses. 2- Si se desea privacidad se deben mantener las persianas gruesas abajo, ya que no hay persianas más ligeras que apoyen a dar privacidad mientras entra luz. 3- La cocina está equipada con lo básico, si vas a preparar algo ahi, lleva aceite, café soluble o demás para poder prepararlo al momento. 4- El ventilador de techo de la sala no es suficiente para el calor que se siente en estos meses y el ventilador de torre que se tiene en la recámara es el más pequeño y básico que se puede adquirir, de plano lo tuvimos encedido toda la noche porque el calor que se sentia era demasiado.

Las instalaciones está bien el alojamiento está reformado y moderno. La habitación estaba limpia

Llegamos el primer día y vimos que no había sábanas. Para colmo fuimos a recepción a pedirlas y nos las facilitaron aunque cuestionando si había o no. Al día siguiente intentamos hacer un café y la cafetera no funcionaba. Bajamos a recepción y nos indicaron que vendría alguien de manteniendo, para colmo ese mismo día nos encontramos la puerta abierta. Debe ser que el de “mantenimiento” o un ajeno se la dejaría. Asimismo, las luces se apagan desde una central y no hay interruptores, muy incómodo. En los 5 días que estuvimos no limpiaron ni cambiaron las sábanas ninguna día. El gimnasio tiene 3 máquinas y estaba bastante sucio. Desde luego la seguridad y trato al cliente prima por su ausencia. No volvería.

La ubicación, instalaciones y la atención del personal.

No te dicen que la mascota tiene costo extra a la reservación, cuesta 50 usd. Estaba muy sucio el piso estuve descalza y acabaron negros mis pies, regadera con pelos, cafetera sucia. El sofá cama está sumamente incómodo se entierran las maderas. No había insumos como jabón en los depósitos.
