I loved the serenity of this place. The countryside is beautiful, the animals add a quiet charm to the surroundings, and the cosy barn created the perfect atmosphere for writing my book. Peaceful, inspiring and deeply restorative, exactly the kind of space where ideas can flow and time seems to slow down.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. Loved the scenery and the animals. The annex was well presented with all the facilities one could want on holiday.
Would suggest screens on the windows, as lots of bugs flew in with all the windows open (it was very warm).

We liked everything, our host, cake waiting on a tray, milk in the fridge, charming cosy cottage, tourist leaflets, well equipped kitchen, shower, view, location, ponies and dogs.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Some games such as scrabble or cards would perhaps be a good addition. (There may have even been some we did not see).
