The comprehensively refurbished apartment is located on the ground floor of a large, quiet complex in the immediate vicinity of Playa de la Arena beach (30m). The complex is directly besides the beach and features two swimming pools for private use. From the balcony there is sea view (30m). Another terrace is overlooking the swimming pool area.
Adjacent to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.
The apartment is very suitable for beach holidaymakers or sea lovers, especially for families with up to 2 young children and seniors. Handicapped-friendly.

Property was as advertised, perfect location for Playa de la Arena, right beside the beach and on the main street The pool is well kept and right outside the door. Arena is a bit quieter than Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago, which is great and they’re just a few minutes walk away. Nice spot, good value for the price
