Square View Apartment

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Partiamo dalla posizione: ottima, si trova sulla piazza principale del centro storico, a due passi da una zona con dei locali per mangiare e qualche negozio di souvenir. Se viaggiate in macchina, avete modo di parcheggiare sotto casa, si trova posto molto facilmente. In casa ci sono tutte le comodita': bollitore, macchina del caffè,frigo, forno a microonde e aria condizionata, sia in salone che in camera da letto. L'ambiente è pulito e confortevole. E per finire Tony, il proprietario, è stato super gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli su dove andare al mare o a mangiare, lo ringrazierei sempre perché ci ha fatto scoprire una spiaggia super! Het appartement is héél ruim (twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers o.a.) en biedt ook een oven, microgolfoven en een koffiezetapparaat aan, naast koelkast en diepvries. Twee balkonnetjes, waarvan één met tafel en twee stoelen, maken het verblijf erg aangenaam.

Het telefoonnummer van de eigenaar, dat vermeldt stond op de bevestiging van booking.com was niet correct. Het was dus nogal wat gedoe om de eigenaar te bereiken...

Everything was perfect. The house is big, it has been recently renovated and it looks very nice and modern. It was very clean and I really appreciated the coffee machine! The owner was very kind and very willing to give us all the information we needed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this beautiful city by the sea.

Apartment itself was quite lovely, spacious and 1bathroom has a bathtub. Appreciated having a dishwasher.

The cafe machine is unusable because the pods are not sold here. the kettle was deplorable. I had to purchase a new kettle and cafe machine. The lift only goes to 6 floor. One must walk up to 7 but one can go down from 7. The building is in poor condition. The main door is broken. There isn't any lighting in main entrance. The communication was and is terrible. There is no instructions are guidance. The mother comes to collect the money and has a terrible disposition. I made a mistake and booked again for another 24 nights and again she comes offering no assistance, doesn't clean nor change the beds. She licked the cabinet in kitchen where the cleaning supplies are and additional linens and towels. Therefore, the apartment will not be cleaned during my extended stay. Was not instructed as to location of bin. She sees the rubbish piled up along the wall and didn't bother to ask why or offer assistance until i asked. She will not go out her way as if our money (guests) that supports their lifestyle and property is non sequential. Quite apathetic and lack of appreciation for booking this apartment.
