Full kitchen with all modern appliances, including washer/ dryer, air conditioning and parking for 1 vehicle. This is a three story unit with harbor views from the third floor bedroom balcony. ***Please note that the second story living space and the third floor bedroom are accessed via a spiral staircase. We recently spent a week in this rental and had a great stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Great location in the West End. Beach chairs included and walked across the street to the beach. Sal's Place for dinner and Relish for coffee and lunch 5 minute walk. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in the house, beds were comfortable. I hope we can return next summer!

Second time staying here and was another great experience! Everything was clean and organized on arrival, plenty of supplies for the beach, and amazing to have the patio available. Good location and easy access to the beach. Definitely recommend!
