Unbeatable location in the West End! New to the rental market and gut renovated in 2024, this two bedroom condo is central to everything, but just past the bustle of town. Steps to Boatslip and within a five minute walk of necessities like Pop+Dutch, Joe’s Coffee, Liz’s Café, Mussel Beach Gym, Spiritus, Stop and Shop, and Provincetown Bikes. For remote workers, this condo is around the corner from The Commons, Provincetown’s public coworking space. Bay beach access at the end of the street, 1 mile to Boy Beach, 1.5 miles to Herring Cove.
Comprising the first floor of a charming antique Cape home, this is an ideal rental for couples or friends, with one queen bed and one full bed. Keep cool with Fujitsu mini split A/Cs in both bedrooms and living room. Great for entertaining, with a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, K-cup coffee machine, wine fridge, and dining table. There is a shared outdoor patio / dining area. Other features include keyless entry, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Bluetooth Sonos speaker, and a bike rack.
Free onsite Parking is available for compact/mid sized vehicles only (vehicle length not to exceed 190" long). Additionally, there are various public parking options nearby.
The ferry is a 10-15 minute walk.

I’ve been staying in Ptown for several years and this is my favorite so far. It’s centrally located and right up the street from Boatslip. Check-in was easy and the door was accessed by a code. The place was very clean and tidy, and had many wonderful amenities and touches. The beds and pillows were comfy and the shower was just right. Communication with Cristina was quick and she was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed at this delightful spot the week after Labor Day. Our hosts were fantastic, making the entire process incredibly easy.
Upon arrival, we found the unit to be newly renovated and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed. The only minor thing, and it wasn’t a big deal, was the absence of a full-length mirror. Other than that, the place was as close to perfect as you can get.
The location was unbeatable. We were just around the corner from the bike rental, a short walk to Stop & Shop, and if you’re heading to tea at Boat Slip, it’s right up the block. Everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible.
All in all, I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

The location of this property was great, with easy access to all the top sites and restaurants in the area. The property was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book this rental again for our next trip.
