About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 72 m² flat for rent in Nantes, in the heart of the "Cité des Congrès" district, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (without lift), this flat has been completely renovated by an architect in 2019. It has a contemporary and delicate decoration, you will fall in love with it.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A beautiful living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Two attractive bedrooms with double beds (140X200), chest of drawers and wardrobes.
- Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.
For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board in the utility room adjoining the kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are included in the rental price.
The flat is ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues on business trips.
The Harmonie accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and some tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
Location:
Located on a quiet street in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood, you'll have access to all the local shops: bakery, hairdresser, gym, grocery shop and plenty of trendy restaurants.
Activities :
- The city center is a 15-minute walk away, and the Cité des Congrès is just five minutes away.
- For more nature and serenity, we suggest a stroll along the Loire or the Canal Saint-Félix.
- A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural center turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory.- Less than 10 minutes' walk away is the famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne.
Public transport :
The station is a 10-minute walk away.
The bus is five minutes away, as are tram lines 2 and 3 (stops "Hôtel-Dieu" and "Aimé Delrue"). The C5 bus to Lieu Unique is two minutes away and takes you directly to the station. For the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the station and takes you there in around twenty minutes.

Harmonie "Nice stay
We enjoyed the property as it was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy as we met our host with the keys. There are three fans available as it does get hot in Nantes. The street around the corner closes down at 7pm during the summer for restaurants to have a convivial patio atmosphere."

Harmonie "Very nice apartment near La cité de Congrès (literally 5 minutes walk away) and near center city (about 10 minutes walk), nicely equipped and furnished. Two large bedrooms, silent, bathroom large and clean.
A few little issues included a light smell of humidity in the apartment, possibly due to the fact that it has not been used for sometimes. Also, my mattress was not the most comfortable ever, but it was ok for me. The day of departure we could not easily find the location for keys drop off. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, with a slightly steep stairway.
However, I would definitely stay in this apartment again!"
