The Mansion Giahn Bed & Breakfast is well located in the suburbs of Cancun in a quiet and peaceful area away from the noise and the traffic; a place where you can leave your hectic lifestyle behind. The neighborhood structures are also luxurious and magnificent in a Mediterranean style. The uniqueness of the architecture of our Bed & Breakfast makes everybody feel part of one big family. There is some of the original furnishings of the Giahn family throughout the house. It provides many conveniences and comfort at affordable prices.

We only stayed at the Mansion Giahn for one night, but Joseph and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The place itself is very unique in the architecture and I thought it was very pretty. It is located somewhat off the beaten path, so there aren't many food options around. However, Eduardo took my husband to a local taco stand to get us dinner, which was very gracious of him. It's not the Ritz, but it's not meant to be either. Still had a good stay!

Our stay at Mansion Giahn was a great start to our Mexican adventure. I was looking for a place close to the airport since our flight arrived late and we didn't want to drive far (we rented a car and were headed to Mahahual the next day). We had no problem finding the place using the map app on our phone. Parking isn't obvious - it's not the gate facing the main entrance but further down the street you'll see an alley-like road and you access parking through that. Joseph was there to greet us and show us around. Our room was clean and comfortable and worked well for our family of 6. We were provided with an extra bed which they set up for us. There was a woman cooking breakfast (additional cost) the next morning but we wanted to get on the road so we didn't eat there. I think I would describe the house as eclectic with a splash of quirkiness. My four kids (16+) thought it had some very cool features and enjoyed the uniqueness of the place. We were extremely grateful to Joseph for fronting us some pesos (we only had USD) to go grab a late dinner with the locals. The house is located in a neighborhood so you most likely need wheels to get around. Overall great place ... thanks Joseph!
