Wonderful staff and location - I was alone with my daughter (5 months) and the staff helped me out so much. Access to kitchen (refrigerator, stove and microwave as well as dishes) is definitely a bonus.

Location was good. Cozy.
The receptionist charged me $4.00 extra even though I showed her the confirmed price. She yelled at me. The listing said it was a suite, but it was just a regular room. The stove in the shared kitchen was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. The pots and pans were very old and limited, and most of the coffee mugs were chipped.
